Federal employees provide critical services to Michigan families and they’re under attack.
Thank you to the AFGE members from MI who strategized with me in D.C. earlier this week about how we can protect taxpayer services and the professionals who deliver them. I have your back!!! 💪💪💪

Industry 4.0 drives the future of manufacturing tech and shows the world what’s #MadeInMichigan! Thank you MMTC for supporting the supply chain and the drivers of our economy and workforce.
Felt right at home this morning at Oakland University’s Research Innovation Center during the Innovation Expo hosted by MMTC.
As we honor their memories, we also recognize that we cannot keep marking these anniversaries without action.
It is time for #GunControlNow.
Yesterday, was the anniversary of the mass shooting at Michigan State University.
Today marks seven years since 17 members of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School community were shot to death on a normal school day.
Michigan, will you be my Valentine?
I love being one of your voices in the Congress.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Tariffs can be a tool to protect American jobs & industries.
But, 25% tariffs on Canada & Mexico would hurt Michigan’s auto industry, embolden China & give other foreign competitors a leg up.
These tariffs are a tax on Michiganders.

Happy Galentines Day! This is a great reminder that good friends look out for each other. So remember, remind one another to get your needed cancer screenings from mammograms to colonoscopies! It just might save a life.
Happening tonight! I’m hosting a telephone town hall to answer your questions and address your concerns about what’s happening in Washington! MI-11 residents can join starting at 6:55 pm by calling 855-408-1341!
Alexandria, Brian, and Arielle should still be alive.
Guadalupe, John, Hanyang, Nate, and Troy should not be grappling with life altering injuries.
Let’s make commonsense gun reform their legacy and ensure their suffering is not in vain. #GunControlNow
On the second anniversary of the mass shooting at Michigan State University, my heart is with the Spartan community and the victims, survivors, and their families.
Congratulations to all the amazing award winners across Oakland County!

Join my teletown hall tomorrow starting at 7pm to join me in discussing what we’re doing to push back.

$4.5 trillion in tax cuts for Elon Musk and his ultra rich buddies won't bring down costs for working Michiganders.
Here’s where we should start instead: permanently bringing back the child tax credit.
Elon’s kids aren’t going without, Michigan kids shouldn’t either.
Reposted byRep. Haley Stevens
Last week, I introduced a bill with @rephaleystevens.bsky.social to prevent Elon Musk from accessing US citizens' private data.
All it takes now is for three House Republicans to be willing to stand up to Donald Trump and Elon Musk and for the American people.
Because no President, no matter their party, should be able to install an unelected billionaire to root around in the computer code of our payment systems and access Americans’ most private personal and business data.
As a former Treasury official, last week I introduced the Taxpayer Data Protection Act alongside many of my colleagues.
It clarifies the ethical, cybersecurity, and professional requirements required to access our nations’ payment systems.
The former Secretaries are right!
The unprecedented access to Treasury’s payment systems by an unwarranted official and a rogue band of recent college grades undermines Congress’ power of the purse and the full faith and credit of the U.S.
