Donald Trump is doing everything he can to cover up the Epstein files. @repstansbury.bsky.social and Oversight Dems will never stop fighting for justice for the survivors of Epstein’s sex trafficking ring.
No matter who you are, if you harmed women and girls, we will hold you accountable.
It’s simple, really. If the White House wants transparency, then they should have NO PROBLEM releasing the full, unredacted files. Shouldn’t they?
As a gov shutdown looms, the GOP is in the House engaging in more politics of the absurd and helping to cover up the Epstein files for a WH that is threatening Members if they sign on to a discharge petition.
To my colleagues across the aisle—do what is right. The petition is there at the desk.
Today, we met and heard the stories of the victims of Jeffrey Epstein. What they revealed is not only the trauma of hundreds of young women, but a cover-up of epic proportions involving the wealthy, the well-connected, and even our own government.
We will follow every thread until there is justice.
The rule of law matters. The separation of powers matters. The Constitution matters. We are a nation of laws, and no one is above the law ⬇️
As we gear up to head back to DC, I want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you who showed up during the August District Work Period.

Big news for Carrizozo! The Federal Aviation Administration has awarded $333,000 to the community to upgrade its airport and install a precision path indicator system!

DOGE 👏 is 👏 a 👏 scam. After the courts refused to stop DOGE and Administration staff from hacking your private Social Security data, DOGE’ers uploaded the entire database to an unsecured server. This is why we filed the Hands Off Our Social Security Act.
Trump & his Admin are targeting Black women in leadership and threatening the stability of our economy. Nowhere is this more apparent than the attempt to fire Lisa Cook from the Fed Reserve.
He does not have this authority. And, an independent Fed is vital to the economic stability of our country.
As we continue our series on how NM is leading the way—we are talking today about our fight to protect our public lands, the sacred waters of the Rio Grande and our rivers and streams, and to ensure our communities have a climate-resilient and sustainable future.
