No one should live in fear when they go to worship. Today’s attack against the Jewish community in Michigan was horrifying. Antisemitism has no place in our country, and we must stand against violence and hate wherever it occurs.
Tomorrow is the LAST DAY to apply for an internship in my #Salem and #Tualatin offices ❗️
Make sure you get your application in before the deadline. Submission details below ↙️
Did you know the #1 movie out right now is set in a fictionalized version of Beaverton? 🦫
Pretty special to see our community featured in Pixar’s “Hoppers” and to welcome the cast into town to celebrate opening day.
President Trump burns billions each week on his unauthorized war across the globe.
Meanwhile, folks back home face impossible prices for gas, groceries, and health care.
The disconnect is hard to ignore.
Hey Oregonians! Join me and @agdanrayfield.bsky.social on Monday, March 23, for a public telephone town hall to receive an update on the work that we are doing for you and your neighbors!

It’s National Nutrition Month — which should mean more families with full plates, not fewer. Instead, Republicans slashed the food assistance that millions rely on.
As a member of @houseagdems.bsky.social, I'm fighting to defend SNAP and keep our communities fed and healthy.
Whether you’re at the gas pump, the doctor’s office, or the grocery store, you’re feeling the impact of Trump’s affordability crisis.
I delivered $500,000 last year for upgrades to the #Tigard Library 📚
Mayor Hu and I stopped by to see how these federal dollars are being put to good use. Hear from us to learn more about the importance of this project 🎧⤵️
March is Music In Our Schools Month, a reminder that arts education helps students grow into well-rounded leaders 🎶
But we can't build a strong future while dismantling the Dept of Education. I'll keep calling out the Trump Admin's attacks & fighting to protect programs that our students deserve.
I met with #OR06 veterans with the Wounded Warrior Project, where we discussed improving mental health services for those who sacrificed so much to defend our nation.
As the daughter of a veteran, I'm committed to ensuring veterans & their families have access to the resources they need to thrive.
Thanks, President Trump, for making life even harder and more costly for Americans 👍
#Sherwood Mayor Tim Rosener & City Manager Craig Sheldon visited my D.C. office, & we talked about everything from water system resiliency to making our streets safer for residents.
I’m committed to working with local leaders to make life better for you & your neighbors. Thanks for dropping by!
REMINDER: My office is accepting rolling applications for internships in both my #Salem and #Tualatin offices!
Applications are open until March 13, 2026.
Getting enough quality sleep is so important to taking care of your mental wellbeing 😴
During #SleepAwarenessWeek, save and share some helpful tips that may help you improve your sleep hygiene! #MentalHealthMonday
Don’t forget to set your clocks forward! Daylight Saving Time has begun, and it’s time to spring forward ⏰
Losing an hour of sleep is never fun, but I’m looking forward to longer, brighter days across Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley ☀️

On this International Women’s Day, we recommit to our fight for a better future—one that protects care, defends survivors, lifts up families, and supports all women.
We won’t back down.
Happy #InternationalWomensDay!
We've come a long way in the fight for women's rights, but our work is not done.
My @demwomencaucus.bsky.social colleagues and I won’t give up fighting to build a better future for our daughters.
I secured $850,000 in federal funding to build a new sidewalk in #Keizer, just two blocks from an elementary school, so our children can safely cross the road.
From pedestrians to commuters, this necessary improvement will give everyone peace of mind that they can reliably travel on this road.
Promises made. Promises broken.
The Trump Administration said it was adding millions of jobs to our nation's workforce, but we lost 92,000 jobs last month alone. The U.S. has net lost 19,000 jobs since last May.
Ensuring our seniors get the care they deserve is a priority.
I joined the Oregon Health Care Association for a tour of Marquis Tualatin, a post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care campus. We discussed funding for long-term senior care and the skilled nursing facility workforce pipeline.
