US District Judge Murphy said it right: "This new policy... fails to satisfy due process for a raft of reasons."   Like it or not, the Constitution's due process rights apply to EVERYONE. And the Trump Administration's draconian policy clearly fails to uphold those rights.
I sat down with Dr. Jenna Norton, an NIH employee & my guest at the People’s State of the Union. She was put on leave by the Trump Admin after speaking truth to power. Dr. Norton told me Trump’s actions risked creating a super-bug that would endanger us all.
Have we already forgotten what happened in Iraq? Over 8,000 Americans killed. The deaths of hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians. Trillions of dollars spent. Nobody has explained how a war with Iran helps America. Because it won't.
Trump said our economy is "roaring." Really? Workers just took home their smallest share of profits in recorded history. CEOs are making 285 times what their workers make. Trump just gave a $1 TRILLION tax cut to the 1%. It’s never been clearer who Trump serves.
Reminder: the ‘America First,’ ‘No New Wars’ president illegally launched strikes on at least 2 countries during his first year in office and is warmongering more every day. This doesn’t make us stronger – it puts the US and our allies in greater danger.
Trump says he got ‘pledges’ from Big Tech to pay for the electricity costs of their own data centers. So, his plan is to just trust Big Tech to do the right thing? If he’s serious, he should work with us to pass my Power for the People Act to make these protections LAW.
This BS about lowering costs is rich coming from the guy who kicked millions of Americans off their health insurance, spiked premiums for over 20 MILLION Americans, & called the concept of making life more affordable for working people, a ‘hoax.’
Yet again, the DOJ got caught in a lie, doing Trump's bidding. They're covering up for him at the expense of the American people — and above all the survivors of Epstein's abuse — who deserve the TRUTH NOW.

No more hiding. Release ALL THE FILES. www.npr.org/2026/02/24/n...
Things Mike Johnson hasn't called "detestable": - DOJ covering up the Epstein files - Stripping millions of Americans of their health insurance - Trump’s masked ICE agents killing people on our streets So, forgive us if we don't give a damn. See you on the Mall at 8.
Marylanders don't want Trump’s ICE on our streets or their facilities in our backyards. A few weeks ago, I joined hundreds in Washington Co to say that loud & clear. I'm glad to see @oagmaryland.bsky.social is acting to block ICE’s construction of a detention center in Washington County.
Trump said he would end the war in Ukraine on Day 1. Instead, he's sided with Putin at every turn, prolonging the war & throwing the Ukrainian people under the bus. Zelenskyy is right to stand up for his people & call out Trump's double standard, which is making peace harder.
Imagine taking a vacation abroad & being disappeared to a jail for 40+ days for no reason. That’s what this Admin is doing to foreign tourists. It's outrageous & hurting our businesses.  When will other nations start holding the Admin accountable for mistreating their citizens?
Trump's economy is failing Americans.   Working families are struggling to make ends meet, & Trump's tariff tax has made things even worse.   Maybe it's time he and Republicans stop passing tax cuts for the wealthy and start tackling rising prices — though I'm not holding my breath.
Once again, the US has leverage to stop these atrocities that we are not using. Individual sanctions aren't enough. Congress must act & pass my & @sarajacobs.house.gov bill to halt arms sales to the UAE until they stop arming the genocidal RSF. We are not powerless to help end this.
Finally, SCOTUS reaffirms what we've known all along, Trump's tariffs are an unconstitutional tax on the American people. Over the last year, working people paid an average of $1,000 more because of these tariffs. And Trump has no plan to put that money back in your wallet.
