One year ago Republicans passed a Big Ugly Bill that cut food assistance for millions. It's sickening. No one should be going hungry so the wealthiest can get another tax break.
DOGE was a disaster from day one.
It created chaos and gutted services people relied on. There was a huge cost to human lives, and it was past time for this failed experiment to come to an end.

But Trump is refusing to sign it into law. I guess he realized there's nothing in it that personally benefits him, just help for families struggling with costs.
He needs to sign it now. No more delays.

Today, this extremist Supreme Court gave Trump the green light to strip away temporary protected status from hundreds of thousands of people who cannot safely return to their home countries.
TPS holders registered with the government, passed background checks, and trusted the process.
Congress has the power and the responsibility to protect these communities. We must implement more humane and just immigration policies with a pathway to citizenship.
