As a doctor, I’m proud of the progress we’ve made in California to expand health care and move closer to universal coverage.
Donald Trump’s “Big Ugly Bill” threatens to undo that progress by taking health care away from more than two million Californians.
We must stop this bill.

This is a meaningful step toward addressing California’s housing shortage and helping bring down the cost of housing for families.
We can build smarter, faster, and more affordably while still protecting the environment we all cherish.
As a lifelong Californian, I love this state and how we lead the way forward.
I applaud Governor Newsom, Senator Wiener, and Assemblymember Wicks for taking this important step to reform CEQA so we can finally build more of the housing our residents need.
