NO reforms, NO oversight, NO accountability = a NO vote from me on funding for the Department of Homeland Security. We cannot turn a blind eye or support money for DHS as ICE racially profiles, physically assaults, and violates the rights of our neighbors and terrorizes our communities.
Republicans’ bill guts the Clean Air Act, which will increase asthma attacks, emergency room visits caused by breathing problems, and lower babies’ birth weight. My amendment would stop this bill from taking effect until the EPA can be sure that Americans’ public health is protected.

Today, I asked FCC Chairman Carr a simple yes-or-no question: Do consumers deserve to know—before they sign up—if they’ll be hit with expensive early cancellation fees, often totaling hundreds of dollars? It’s a simple question. He refused to say yes or no.
On this day, the first Korean American immigrants arrived to the US in 1903. Since then, they have enriched our country and #CA44 with their unique culture and various contributions and accomplishments. Today, we celebrate our Korean American communities and wish them a happy Korean American Day!
