Today,I attended the presentation of a Gold Medal of Achievement by the United Supreme Council Southern Jurisdiction to Mr.Charles Mills,a Merchant Mariner. Mills served during WWII and was honored by Congress when Merchant Mariners of that era were collectively awarded the Congressional Gold Medal.
