🚨A major victory for veterans and federal workers nationwide as court orders rehiring of fired public servants at Departments of Defense, Treasury, Energy, Interior, Agriculture, and Veteran Affairs. Broad brush political firings put essential services at risk.
During this #WomensHistoryMonth, I honored the remarkable achievement of Nicole Postan. She made history as the first full time female firefighter for the Margaretta Township Fire Department. Nicole's dedication, passion, and commitment to serving her community is an inspiring example for us all.

House Republicans continue to falsely claim their full-year continuing resolution does not cut nutrition.
They are ignoring the fact that their bill will result in 25,000 seniors being unable to access the Commodity Supplemental Food Program.
It’s time that we come together, find the Big Middle, and pass a bipartisan bill to keep our government open. We must come to the table and work to pass a clean 4 week funding extension that ensures we are deliberate, and take care of the American people we represent nationwide.
Senator Mark Kelly is an American patriot, but this week Elon Musk saw fit to call him a traitor. Mark Kelly served our nation in uniform from 1986-2011 in the United States Navy and then with NASA. He rose to the rank of Captain, flew 39 combat missions during the Gulf War, and won numerous awards.
As a once and always Girl Scout, I have long lived by our motto “be prepared.” It’s inspiring to see the next generation of scouts in action, learning leadership, and building confidence. Girl Scout cookies are on sale until April — get them while you can and support these burgeoning young leaders!

It is uncertainty that the market does not like. Manufacturers cannot reinvent supply chains one month at a time. This constant stop and start on tariffs produces no benefits for America. Prices are rising and workers 401(k) are nosediving. This harms people's collective wealth across our country.

Social Security is not an entitlement program — no matter what anyone tries to make you believe. It is a hard earned benefit.
I will always fight any efforts to cut your hard earned benefits.
Great Lakes Day celebrates the work we have done to protect our Freshwater Kingdom and powers the work that lies ahead. By coming together across borders and party lines, we will continue to protect these treasures which hold 20% of the fresh water on Earth.
As DOGE works to dismantle the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, #NationalConsumerProtectionWeek is more important than ever. Vigilance roots out scams and protects against cyber fraud.

On #InternationalWomensDay, we celebrate the women who led the way for future generations. Standing on their shoulders we strive for a generation never constrained by the glass ceiling. Onward!
🚨 Time to sound the alarm 🚨
Not only are DOGE coming for Social Security, sources inside the Social Security Administration say they are close to breaking the system entirely and stopping your hard earned benefits from reaching you on time or at all.
