Senate Republicans voted to gut funding for public broadcasting and global health. They’re not cutting costs—they’re cutting Daniel Tiger, rural radio, and pandemic prevention. I won’t stop fighting for our kids and our future.
John Lewis never stopped fighting for a more just and more fair America. He showed us that progress demands persistence—and sometimes, good trouble. Today, we honor his legacy by continuing the work to protect voting rights, uplift every voice, and defend our democracy.

Trump wants to blame the Fed, but it’s Trump’s disastrous tariffs that lead to inflation. We must pass my Small Business Liberation Act to give Main Street a lifeline.
U.S. Inflation Accelerated in June as Trump’s Tariffs Pushed Up Prices
The Consumer Price Index rose 2.7 percent from a year earlier, as the global trade war started to bite.
Trump’s attacks on Job Corps aren’t just abstract cuts—they’re ripping housing, training, education, and a future away from young people. Job Corps transforms lives and strengthens communities. We must protect this program and the young people in it.
Sen. Markey: Trump attacks on Job Corps weakens a ‘ladder out of poverty’
