President Trump has failed to answer Congress’ questions about the military actions he has ordered off the coast of Venezuela. If the President thinks he needs to take military action against cartels, then he should come to Congress and ask for an Authorization for Use of Military Force.

House Republicans just announced that they're cancelling votes next week. They're not even pretending to be interested in ending the health care crisis and government shutdown they created!
On the holiest day in the Jewish calendar, we must all unite to condemn this unspeakable act of antisemitic violence.

Dr. Goodall revolutionized the study of our natural world, inspired generations of new scientists, and empowered young people to lead. The world is greater thanks to her wisdom.
“What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”
Healthcare costs are skyrocketing because of the enormous cuts included in Republicans’ Big Ugly Law. Unless Congressional Republicans join Democrats to protect the Affordable Care Act from further cuts, costs will soar even further.

Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill just raised health insurance rates by an average of $2,000 a year for middle class Minnesotans.
He’s prioritizing the pocketbooks of the wealthy - leaving rural communities, middle class families, and small businesses out in the dust.
Wishing a blessed Yom Kippur to all Minnesotans observing. May you have an easy and meaningful fast. G'mar Chatima Tovah!
My offices remain open and ready to serve you.
I hope Republicans come to the table and begin working with us on commonsense legislation that cancels health care cuts, lowers out-of-pocket costs, and saves the affordable care that American families count on.
East Metro residents and all Minnesotans have my word that I will do everything within my power to work across the aisle to end this shutdown as soon as possible.
However, some constituent service requests will be delayed as federal agencies are forced to furlough workers.
President Trump and Congressional Republicans have forced our country into a government shutdown, but my office remains open, and my staff will continue to serve the people of Minnesota’s Fourth Congressional district.
When the Secretary of Defense announces he’s overhauling the Inspector General while under investigation by them for disseminating classified material on Signal, leaders need to call it what it is: Corruption.
If Republicans in Congress won’t act to stop gun violence, the Minnesota Legislature should work with @governorwalz.mn.gov to protect Minnesotans.
Ernie was a tireless champion for Indian Country & a dear friend to me. As Chairman of the Indian Gaming Association, he brought tribal leaders and Members of Congress together in defense of tribal sovereignty. His family and the Oneida nation are in my thoughts and prayers as they mourn his loss.
Instead, he delivered a rambling campaign-style speech that was highly inappropriate. Our military deserves far better than the failed leadership of this President and Secretary of Defense.
President Trump could have used this speech to thank our troops for their service, and lay out his priorities for the national security of the United States.
The President’s comments were a disservice to our service members who take an oath to defend our nation in a different role than federal, state, and local law enforcement officers.
