Letter carriers keep Oregonians connected and informed, delivering news, prescription medications, ballots, and other essentials. I spoke with members of NALC Branch 82 in Portland to understand the challenges postal workers face and support their work delivering for our communities.

Good news. I’ve long led the push for oversight of predatory facilities like Provo Canyon. Too often, congregate care can become congregate abuse. Paris, thank you for sharing your story and for your tireless advocacy to keep kids safe.
My heart is with Commander Gabriel Edwards’ family, loved ones, and fellow servicemembers in the wake of this enormous loss. Commander Edwards leaves behind a legacy of leadership and service, and we are in his debt.
For more than 120 years, members of Ironworkers Local 29 have been building Oregon up, fighting for fair labor protections, and creating career opportunities with their critical apprenticeship programs. Great to see their facility in Portland.
