Charlie Miller was a dedicated, lifelong public servant and champion for Southwest Louisville. I was honored to serve with him in the KY Legislature, and I know his legacy as will live on throughout our city.
My prayers are with his loved ones as we mourn his passing. bit.ly/3SKa4y6
Eid Mubarak to Louisville's Muslim community and all celebrating across the world!
For months, I've pushed the Postal Service for answers about mail delays in Louisville that have resulted in late paychecks, bills, and medication.
This audit is a good first step, but I'll keep fighting to make sure our mail carriers and sorters have the resources they need. bit.ly/43KRlHC
As we mark the 81st anniversary of D-Day, join me in honoring the thousands of service members who made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedom of others on June 6, 1944.
Their brave service will never be forgotten.
While Donald Trump and Elon Musk fight over private jets and rocket ships, don't forget that Trump's budget cuts your health care and benefits to hand even more money to billionaires like them.
Trump's tariffs are hitting small businesses hard — I asked Administrator Loeffler if the SBA is doing anything to help.
She couldn't answer.
I have three kids. I know what it means when someone doesn't answer a question directly.
The Trump Administration claims they're being transparent — they're not.
It's like pulling teeth every time we try to get a simple yes or no answer.
Kentuckians rely on public broadcasting for disaster and extreme weather alerts, especially in rural parts of the Commonwealth.
Donald Trump's plan to cut these services by $1.1 billion makes us all less safe. bit.ly/4dQJddi
Every American deserves the same chance to succeed in the workforce or start a business.
This bill was born from the insight and experiences of my constituent Cody, an entrepreneur with autism.
Today, I was proud to see it pass the House.
In Kentucky, 34% of Planned Parenthood’s patients rely on Medicaid for screenings, prenatal care, and more.

Happy #Pride Month! Every day, our LGBTQ+ neighbors and loved ones make Louisville a better, brighter place to live.
In the face of increased attacks, we must continue to show up and fight for the freedom, safety, and equality the LGBTQ+ community deserves.
Thank you to the hundreds of Louisvillians who joined our town hall today.
Social Security is a lifeline for 1 million Kentuckians — we're not going to stand by and let Donald Trump take away your earned benefits.
That’s a wrap on our town hall.
We won’t stop fighting to defend Social Security.

Team McGarvey works hard to help Louisvillians resolve issues they're having with federal agencies.
To date, we've closed over 3,300 constituent cases & returned over $8 million in owed federal dollars. If you need help, visit my website or give us a call!
I spent the day hearing from Louisvillians who will be harmed by the Republican budget — parents, seniors, and veterans who are already struggling to put food on the table and afford health insurance.
They aren’t numbers in a spreadsheet — they are our neighbors. I won’t stop fighting for them.
Donald Trump and Republicans want to cut anti-hunger programs that support Louisville food pantries. When these shelves go empty, kids' bellies don’t get full.
I will keep fighting to stop these cuts.
LOUISVILLE: I'm hosting a Social Security town hall with former Social Security Commissioner Martin O'Malley and Sen. Keturah Herron THIS SATURDAY. Space is limited — RSVP here: bit.ly/42WyXv6
I was honored to join our community this Memorial Day to recognize those we've lost in service to our country, including the over 11,000 Kentuckians who made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can be free.
Their bravery and the strength and resilience of their loved ones will never be forgotten.
Republicans snuck a provision into their budget bill that will make it harder for courts to hold the Trump administration — and any future administration — accountable.
We must stop this in the Senate.
