President Trump’s reckless tariffs are creating economic chaos. The American people did not sign up for the so-called “short-term pain” that House Republicans are selling.
Republicans refused — literally — to even debate our amendment protecting grants to local police. Apparently they were told by their leadership not to say anything during the entire 10 hour hearing (seriously).
One of the strangest things I’ve ever observed in Congress.
House Republicans plan to do a fire sale of our public lands.
Citizens across Colorado won’t stand for it.
100 days into the Trump administration, and one thing is crystal clear:
This moment calls for moral courage.
My Republican colleagues should stop hiding from their constituents, and stand up for the communities they represent.

When you represent a congressional district that spans 12,000 square miles (larger than 8 states!), you learn that showing up in every community, no matter how small, matters.

The Trump administration has created a “Polluter’s Portal” for companies to avoid regulations on toxic chemicals like mercury, arsenic and benzene.
