Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik hasn’t held a town hall in years.
So we held one for her — to discuss how Republicans attacked Medicaid, slashed school lunch funding & made it harder to get essential healthcare.
First, the Trump Admin unlawfully deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a gulag in El Salvador.
Now, days after he was reunited with family, they want to deport him to Uganda.
This is another shameful violation of his right to due process & Trump must stop targeting him immediately.
I'm leading @oversightdemocrats.house.gov in urging Congressman Comer to allow survivors of Epstein's abuse the opportunity to testify before Congress, if they wish.
We can't continue to let our institutions shield powerful abusers & silence survivors.

The workers at HHS are confirming what we've long known: Sec. Kennedy's complacency to Trump & spreading misinformation is dangerous for our nation's public health.
The letter makes it plain: He’s been complicit in dismantling America's public health infrastructure.

Trump wants to “review” the 55 million people in this country who hold a visa.
The 55 million people who call this country home & bring their gifts to our communities.
We know what he really means — he wants to continue his wholesale harm, sow fear in our communities, & target our most vulnerable.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a father & Maryland community member, was abducted by ICE in front of his child & unjustly sent to a prison in El Salvador before being shipped to a US detention center.
Kilmar’s return to his family is long overdue & his right to due process must be protected in court.
Though overdue, the DOJ has shared a partial production of the Epstein files in response to our subpoena.
We’re reviewing this batch of files with a careful, close eye.
We will not cease in our pursuit of the truth & transparency, accountability, and healing for survivors.
We choose community over chaos.
Grateful to everyone that came by our Coffee with the Congresswoman in Cambridge to discuss critical policy issues & how we support our neighbors.
Thank you Mayor Denise Simmons & Cambridge Community Center for hosting us!
This is unlawful blatant racist systemic voter suppression in real time.
Sending solidarity to the Texas lawmakers getting into good trouble to try to protect our democracy. This isn’t over.
Boston is a safe, welcoming, & vibrant city.
This authoritarian Administration doesn't care about safety — they only care to divide, fear monger, & target vulnerable people.
But we won't let them, and we'll always treat our neighbors with the humanity they deserve.
Fare-free transit gives commuters the chance to traverse their community without having to worry about cost.
Our Freedom to Move Act pushes for more fare-free transit funds to eliminate financial barriers, connect communities, & help folks take advantage of the things that make the #MA7 a model.
The Shield Act expansion takes a critical step to defend bodily autonomy as Trump & Republicans attempt to restrict essential healthcare.
Grateful to @massgovernor.bsky.social, state leaders, & reproductive justice advocates for fighting for the care & dignity of our patients & providers.
Every worker should expect safety, dignity, and respect on and off the job.
But institutions have long shielded sexual abusers and silenced survivors.
Our bill is a critical step towards protecting workers and ensuring accountability for sexual discrimination, harassment, and abuse.
If we are to hold powerful people to account, we must center the voices they tried to silence.
I'm leading @oversightdemocrats.house.gov in calling on Congressman James Comer to allow survivors of Epstein's abuse the opportunity to testify before Congress, if they wish.
Our interns play a critical role in supporting our office as we fight for a more just, equitable Massachusetts 7th and country.
A special thank you to Mercy, Claudia, and Caydon for their incredible work this summer session.
My heart goes out to the people of Cabo Verde impacted by the overwhelming rainfall and flooding brought by Tropical Storm Erin.
Many Cabo Verdeans call the #MA7 their home and I stand with our community members and their loved ones that are harmed by this tragedy.
Grateful for the opportunity to greet our Boston Latin Academy Ward Fellows in Washington, DC last month.
I hope you continue down the path of public service. Our communities and country need you.

Pleased to team up with @ocasio-cortez.house.gov and @pressley.house.gov to reintroduce legislation that combats sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
We’re fighting for protections, transparency, and accountability for workers and the public.
Rather than release the Epstein files to support survivors and hold perpetrators accountable, Trump is trying to disgrace Martin Luther King Jr.
It won’t work.

The Israeli government is deliberately blocking aid from entering Gaza.
This is nothing short of a genocide, creating a man-made famine crisis to starve children and families. The US must use every tool available to urgently get critical aid into Gaza.
