The Director of ICE admitting he wanted the deportation process to be like "Amazon Prime but for human beings" is EXACTLY how we got to this point. The inhumane tactics we're seeing come from the top and they must be reined in.
SWALWELL: You said you wanted to see a deportation process that was 'like Amazon Prime but with human beings.' How many times has Amazon Prime shot a mom 3 times in the face? LYONS: None SWALWELL: How many times has Amazon Prime shot a nurse 10 times in the back? LYONS: None
I won’t support additional funding for ICE unless we put guardrails in place to make sure ICE is better trained and actually focused on making our communities safer.
Trump and Kristi Noem say ICE is going after “the worst of the worst” – but ICE is targeting law-abiding workers and families instead of using their resources to get violent criminals off the streets.
Interns in my office have the opportunity to learn about the legislative process, constituent services, and much more. We offer internships in Las Vegas, Reno, and DC! The deadline to apply for a paid summer internship is March 1. Apply here: www.rosen.senate.gov/services/int...
We can’t have someone enforcing the law who isn’t even following the law himself. The American people deserve to know if Tom Homan took $50k from an FBI undercover agent and what he did with the money.
I won’t support additional funding for ICE or CBP until we put guardrails in place to rein in ICE’s behavior and increase accountability. We also need to reverse cuts to Medicaid and SNAP made to pay for the ICE slush fund.
Last summer, Trump and Washington Republicans cut Medicaid and SNAP so they could hire untrained individuals to work for ICE as part of their “Big Beautiful Bill.”   Now, ICE is out of control and endangering U.S. citizens & law-abiding immigrants.
Gregory Bovino has already proven himself unfit to serve in ANY position of power, and his antisemitic comments are further proof that he should be fired ASAP.
Bovino Is Said to Have Mocked Prosecutor’s Jewish Faith on Call With Lawyers Gregory Bovino, the Border Patrol field leader, made disparaging remarks in reference to the U.S. attorney in Minnesota, an Orthodox Jew. Full Story: nyti.ms/4tc3YY9
Marco Rubio has many titles, except when it’s time to take accountability. He may be the Secretary of State, but Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are negotiating with foreign leaders behind his back. When did the Senate confirm them as our representatives on the world stage?
As antisemitism and Holocaust denial rise around the world, it’s more important than ever to ensure that the Holocaust is never forgotten and that Never Again truly means never again. We must continue to shine a light on anti-Jewish hate wherever we see it.
On International Holocaust Remembrance Day, we remember the 6 million Jews & millions of others murdered by the Nazi regime and its collaborators in one of the darkest chapters in world history.
Kristi Noem and her department’s latest attempt to mislead the American public regarding the brutal and unjustified killing of Alex Pretti is deeply shameful, and she must be impeached and removed from office immediately.
She has also violated the public trust by wasting millions in taxpayer dollars to put herself in advertisements, buy two expensive luxury jets, and give government contracts to firms with ties to her political operations, all while terrorizing American communities.
