The #Trump Admin’s reckless decision to sell advanced #AI chips to China — after #Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang donated to Trump’s White House ballroom & attended a $1-million-a-head dinner — puts one company’s bottom line over U.S. national security & AI leadership. 1/2

Joined C-SPAN this morning to discuss #Trump undermining the #FederalReserve's indepedence, the uprising in #Iran, and the risks of Trump's #Venezuela strategy.

It’s great to see that under a #Republican president, a Republican Congress can do important things to solve this nation’s problems.
I stand with an independent #FederalReserve and against intimidation.

I stand with the people of #Iran who are demanding freedom. And I stand with those supporting them in peaceful demonstrations in my district. It seems clear that the driver was hostile to the peaceful demonstrators.

The courage of #Iranians demanding freedom in the streets is undeniable. For decades I’ve fought to support Iran’s democracy movement and the universal right to live without fear or repression.
Today, as always, I stand with the people of #Iran and their call for liberty and accountable government.
Declaring before any investigation has taken place that a mother with stuffed animals in her glove box was some “left-wing threat” is brainwashed – and appalling. (2/2)
Renee Good was sadly a victim of the #Trump administration’s recklessly aggressive anti-immigrant ideology and #ICE tactics that treat accountability as optional. (1/2)
Senate #Republicans must stop playing games and let the Senate vote to restore the the ACA credits NOW.
#Republicans rushed to cut taxes for billionaires then paid for it with $1 trillion in health care cuts.
For months — despite #Trump's many distractions and persistent obstruction — @housedemocrats.bsky.social fought back.
Today we voted to restore the #AffordableCareAct tax credits for 3 years.
I joined @houseforeign.bsky.social leadership in meeting with #SaudiArabia’s Foreign Minister, Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah.
I stressed the United States’ deep desire to see normalization between Saudi Arabia and Israel, and a resolution of recent tensions with the UAE.
I was saddened to learn of the passing of Michael Reagan, a committed member of our San Fernando Valley community.
He devoted himself to local charities, was a strong advocate for foster youth, and a principled voice against the sexual abuse of minors.
My condolences to his family and loved ones.

I joined Reps. @chu.house.gov, @georgewhitesides.bsky.social & my CA colleagues in honoring those we lost in the Palisades & Eaton fires while demanding the federal disaster aid our communities still need.
One year later survivors deserve action, not delay.

There must be a full, transparent investigation and real accountability.

Reports that a woman was killed by an #ICE agent in #Minnesota are deeply disturbing and unacceptable.
This unfortunate development is a foreseeable result of #Trump’s anti-immigration policies.
Federal officers have a duty to protect life — not recklessly end it.

One year ago, our Palisades community endured unimaginable loss. Homes & memories were shaken, but not our spirit.
I’m inspired by families rebuilding & neighbors who keep showing up. Today we remember & stand with a community defined not by fire, but by resilience.
