It was great to join Prospect Park Fire Company’s Food Drive alongside community members uplifting each other by donating much-needed food and essential items, as this administration makes it more difficult for Pennsylvanians to afford groceries and necessities.
The court confirmed what we heard in our hearing in Minneapolis last week, that ICE agents used excessive force against protesters and violated their First Amendment rights.

Our country faces attacks against voting rights, a rise in hate speech, and state-sponsored attempts to diminish Americans' civil liberties. This MLK Day reminds us that our country has faced dark chapters before, and that we must organize, educate, and continue working towards a more perfect union.
I was honored to speak at the 4th Annual Delaware County Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, held in partnership with Widener University, the City of Chester, and other organizations committed to continuing the fight for justice and equality.
The abuses being committed in Minneapolis in the name of the American people, using taxpayer dollars, are horrific.
The use of armed and masked federal agents to sow chaos and conflict in this American city cannot be ignored.
Don't look away. This impacts all of us.
I went on The Weekend to discuss how House Republicans are trying to use a hearing with Special Counsel Jack Smith later this week to discredit him and ignore the facts of Trump's BIG lie about the 2020 election.
We heard that ICE agents have been responsible for half the shootings in Minneapolis this year.
They are not making this community safer.
Americans deserve a Congress that demands accountability for what is happening across the country, not one that bends the knee to the President.
I stood alongside my Democratic colleagues to lay flowers at the site where Renee Good was killed.
This area reminds me of where I grew up - it looks like a lot of towns across America.
What happened here can happen all across America if we don't use our voice and stand up for our rights.

“We will not stand by idly as this injustice unfolds. We will stand up and assert all means legal to protect the people of our state.”
Listen to the testimony of @ag.state.mn.us Keith Ellison, who is suing the Trump administration over ICE’s violence in Minnesota, at our shadow hearing.
We heard so many stories like this in Minneapolis - families, school teachers, people running errands at Target, not just immigrants but American citizens, detained, injured, harassed, and terrified by lawless agents a part of DHS.

“Thus far in 2026, we have only had 4 shootings. 2 of them were ICE… It is clear that the practices that ICE is using are unconstitutional. They are not methodical. They are not well-planned out.”
@mayorjacobfrey.bsky.social on the violence ICE has inflicted on his city. Listen to his testimony
Our federal authorities are lying to the American people and the courts.
Legal observers using their First Amendment rights are vital to hold this administration accountable in court and with the public.

“We are ground zero for Trump’s war on America — a war on our democracy, on our freedoms, and our rights as Americans. It is in our backyard today, & it is only a matter of time before it is in yours.”
Listen to @cityofsaintpaul.bsky.social Mayor Kaohly Her talk about what ICE has done to her city.
This White House is sparking conflict and then pouring gasoline on the fire.
It's Minneapolis today, but tomorrow it could be any other city, state, or town they decide to target.
Every American should be concerned, because all of our rights are at stake.
I was proud to support DCCC's application for this funding and look forward to seeing this program bolster our local economy and the pipeline of Pennsylvanian workers in the shipbuilding industry.
Using this $8 million federal grant, Delaware County Community College, in partnership with the Collegiate Consortium for Workforce & Economic Development and Hanwha Philly Shipyard, can expand the number of apprenticeships at the shipyard from 120 to 500.
The killing of Renee Good wasn’t an isolated incident - but it made the nation and the world pay attention to this administration’s reckless deportation and propaganda campaign terrorizing our communities while trampling fundamental human rights, civil rights, and due process.
Dozens of Democratic Members of Congress are on the ground, hearing from state and local officials and the community to get the facts and how this lawlessness is impacting Minnesota - and the entire country.
If you haven’t already, tune in.
@houserepublicans.bsky.social won’t hold a hearing to conduct congressional oversight about what ICE and CBP are doing in Minneapolis-St Paul.
