We lost the major healthcare system in our district, in part, due to insufficient Medicaid Funding. The obscene Medicaid cuts in the Big Ugly Bill are threatening our remaining systems, so it's no surprise nobody was able to step in and try to keep the place running.

Money has influence, so I'm demanding that the President's inaugural committee be transparent with the American People. Thank you to @morelle.house.gov for co-leading this efforts and all my other Democratic colleague who are pushing for more transparency.
The Trump Vance Inaugural Committee raised more money than any other inauguration in history, nearly doubling the amount raised for Trump's first inauguration. But we found out that corporate contributions to the Inaugural Committee were significantly higher than the committee had disclosed.
ICYMI: 17 Democratic members of Congress have asked the Trump inaugural committee to explain — per a @notus.org exclusive — why‬⁩ several corporate donors gave significantly more money to the Trump inaugural than the Trump committee itself reported. www.notus.org/donald-trump...
ACA tax credits provide health insurance for millions of Americans. Republicans didn't renew them in the OBBB and still don't have a plan to lower healthcare costs. I cosponsored the Protecting Healthcare and Lower Costs bill because Americans can't afford skyrocketing premiums.
I met with the Upper Darby Library Teen Advisory Board which is filled with young leaders committed to public service. It was wonderful to learn about the issues most important to them and the initiatives that they are working on.
I met with Delaware County school superintendents to discuss the drastic cuts to public education proposed by the White House, and also shared research regarding the importance of civic education and encouraging voter registration for eligible students in order to help them become lifelong voters.
This was an ABUSE of authority - not only had Congress approved the purchase and distribution of the contraceptives, but International Organizations had offered to reimburse the US for them if AID couldn’t distribute them.
I was happy to join Mayor Deutsch of Narberth & my Dem. colleagues in support of legislation to reverse the devastating health cuts Republicans passed in OBBB. Healthcare costs are skyrocketing but Congress can alleviate these barriers by passing the Protecting Health Care & Lowering Costs Act.
On the 24th anniversary of 9/11, we mourn the innocent lives lost in those horrific attacks on our nation. We honor the bravery and sacrifice of all the first responders who ran towards the terror on one of our darkest days. #NeverForget
