MassDevelopment’s Transformative Development Initiative is designed to help communities drive economic growth, support small businesses and strengthen opportunities. Great to see Lowell and Fitchburg included in this important program!
Donald Trump’s “ballroom is really the president’s main priority.”
Meanwhile millions of families in America can’t afford to renovate their homes, buy a car or book a vacation.
Huge congratulations to #MA3’s Jack Eichel & UMass Lowell's Connor Hellebuyck for bringing home the gold for Team USA in Men's Ice Hockey!
So proud of the winners from across Massachusetts:
🥇 Alex Carpenter, Matt Boldy, Noah Hanifin
🥈 Korey Dropkin
🥉 Jessie Diggins
While the federal government cuts funding for crucial services, the Greater Lowell Community Foundation is stepping up.
These investments will help families put food on the table, keep a roof over their heads and get their kids to school.
Not only did Republicans’ One Big, Ugly Bill FAIL to lower health care costs for American families – costs are actually rising.
Meanwhile, ICE got a $170 BILLION slush fund and billionaires got another tax cut.
Congratulations to Concord Museum for being named one of the best small-town museums by USA Today. What a well-deserved achievement!

NEW: The Supreme Court just struck down Donald Trump's reckless tariffs that are causing prices to skyrocket for working families.
While Republicans in Congress have refused to rein in Trump's tariff policies that are wreaking havoc on our economy, we just defeated him in court.
The Trump administration is trying to rewrite our nation’s history. They even tried erasing the stories of our community by forcing Lowell National Historical Park to stop showing films about the Lowell mill girls who helped spark America’s labor movement.
A federal judge just stopped them.
I look forward to working with her and @massgovernor.bsky.social to continue making Massachusetts a better place to call home.
Congratulations to Juana Matias on being named our next Secretary of Housing! As a State Representative, HUD Regional Administrator and community leader, Juana has dedicated her career to serving families in Lawrence and across the region.
Great to see the progress being made on the emergency medical facility under construction in the Nashoba Valley!
The facility is on track to open next year – caring for families still impacted by Steward’s closure of Nashoba Valley Medical Center.
In the month since Alex Pretti and Renée Good were killed by federal immigration agents, we’ve seen no investigation results, no one held accountable, and no remorse from Donald Trump or Kristi Noem.
ICE is out of control because this administration wants them that way.
Too many servicemembers are returning home with traumatic brain injuries that go undiagnosed or untreated.
I introduced bipartisan legislation to ensure our troops have access to the right care at the right time – vital to protecting their long term health.
On the campaign trail, Donald Trump promised to “love and cherish Medicaid.”
In office, he’s waged an all out war on Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act, driving health care costs even higher for working families while Big Pharma and insurance corporations post record profits.
The main law meant to protect the data you provide to the government was written more than 50 years ago, and it's failing us today.
I'm spearheading the effort to rewrite the Privacy Act of 1974 so it is capable of defending us in 2026 and beyond.
Happy Lunar New Year to all who celebrate in #MA3 and around the world!
May health, prosperity and happiness be yours in this Year of the Fire Horse ✨
Ramadan Mubarak to all who are celebrating here in Massachusetts and across our nation!
This month is a time for reflection, gratitude, and looking out for one another. Wishing you and your families peace, strength, and moments of joy as you break fast and gather together.
Congratulations to Chelmsford High School graduate Chevonne Forgan and her teammate Sophia Kirkby for finishing fifth in women’s doubles luge at the Winter Olympics, the first time women have been able to compete in doubles luge at the Olympic level!
