We already know that a UAE royal behind G42 and MGX secretly bought 49% of World Liberty for $500 million. Now, Commerce is giving G42 advanced AI chips and promising favorable treatment for MGX, despite reported national security risks. This is corruption, plain and simple.
US makes it easier to export certain military items, AI chips and commercial satellites to the UAE
That’s right: Donald Trump’s sweetheart deal with his own IRS is a sham. In no world should Trump be allowed to bully his IRS into dropping ALL audits of his and his family's taxes.
The settlement was an “attempt to use the Court to provide some legitimacy to an agreement to confer immunity to people and entities affiliated with the President,” the judge wrote.
ICE has shot and killed another person — the second death in two weeks. This is beyond horrific. ICE is terrorizing our communities, and Republicans in Congress voted to send the rogue agency more blank checks. Enough. The Senate must stop ICE’s violence.
A Paramount-Warner Bros. megamerger would mean higher costs and fewer choices for Americans. Good news: the states are stepping up to BLOCK this antitrust nightmare. This fight isn't over.
Netflix is officially buying Warner Bros. Discovery and HBO Max in an $82.7 billion deal. The announcement came after a weeks-long bidding war that pitted the streaming giant against David Ellison’s Paramount Skydance and Comcast.
What’s on Education Secretary Linda McMahon’s to-do list? - Gut affordable student loan repayment plans - Roll back protections for students with disabilities - Weaken accountability for shady for-profit colleges I’m fighting back.
I got to know Senator Lindsey Graham traveling with him abroad in Afghanistan and Ukraine. We had just met to renew the fight for our Big Tech bill. Even though we disagreed on much, he was always willing to negotiate, with humor and wit. My heart goes out to his loved ones.

I’m proud to deliver essential housing resources to families in the #MA7 & throughout the country. This housing package & my four bills within it will bring necessary relief to families struggling to keep up with soaring housing costs. Learn more about what my bills will do:
A graphic that reads:

The Appraisal Modernization Act: This bill would promote equity and combat systemic bias in the home appraisal process that has disadvantaged many current and aspiring homeowners—especially homeowners of color.

Helping More Families Save Act: This bill would help families receiving federal housing assistance achieve financial independence as a pathway to wealth building by modernizing and expanding HUD’s Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program.
A graphic that reads:

The Renter Resource Center Act: This bill would protect renters and strengthen oversight of corporations by creating a database of institutional investors that buy single-family homes, requiring HUD to provide resources to renters and more.

The Innovation Fund Act: This bill would establish a grant program to reward communities that are taking innovative steps to increase housing supply.
Our bipartisan housing bill is now the law. For every family where the American Dream of owning your own home feels like it's slipping out of reach, this is for you.

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is the BIGGEST housing bill in 30 years. And now, it's law! Despite Trump refusing to sign it, we got it done. More housing, lower costs, and disaster relief funding to help NJ rebuild. We're tackling the housing crisis and building an America we all can afford.

Today, despite Trump’s malicious refusal to sign the bill into law, the ROAD to Housing bill became law. This bipartisan law will transform American communities by lowering housing costs and bringing the American dream of homeownership one step closer for all. www.cbsnews.com/news/housing...

Last night, the ROAD to Housing Act became law – even though Trump refused to sign it “in protest.” While his obstruction is still mystifying, this is a real, tangible bipartisan win for lowering costs. I am proud to have helped write it.
