Jesse Jackson was a man in the arena—a towering civil rights and human rights leader, a splendid orator and a courageous voice for justice. Sending my deepest condolences to his family, especially Jesse Jr. & Jonathan, and all who loved him.

When a federal agency can shoot Americans in the street and the administration’s first instinct is to smear the dead as “domestic terrorists" or an "assassin", it’s beyond reform.
