[2/2] The Congressional remedy is impeachment, which I have voted for at every opportunity. Yet without some GOP support, we cannot approve it. Meanwhile, we must continue demanding that GOP electeds speak up and begin to recognize that this unhinged President is endangering us all.

[1/2] Trump’s deranged behavior indicates he is unfit to serve and should be removed from office. But the 25th Amendment offers little hope. It requires action from the VP and any handpicked minions, who he has not yet fired from his Cabinet.
Even one of the most committed MAGA loyalists in the Senate, Ron Johnson, says Trump would be making a “huge mistake” to “start blowing up civilian infrastructure.”
We need more Republicans speaking out NOW to stop an unhinged Trump.
Where are the calls for restraint from our Texas Senators?
Trump insists that he is ready to do more damage to Iran than Netanyahu has done in Gaza or Putin in Ukraine. Genocide—bombing Iran into "the Stone Ages" is a war crime for which our country will bear responsibility. Once again, many ordinary Americans will pay the price for his unhinged wrongdoing.
Trump committing war crimes by destroying Iranians—bombing them "back to the Stone Ages"--will only lead to the loss of American lives and endanger our families for years to come.
GOP who have empowered him must show restraint immediately!
[2/2] ...his willingness to commit war crimes so that “A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again,” NOW would be the time to make an urgent appeal for restraint.
[1/2] Seldom have I thought that your contacting our Republican elected officials would accomplish anything. Perhaps that remains true today. But if you share the alarm that many of us feel regarding Trump being totally out of control –declaring...
Following his incoherent, profanity-laced Easter message, bizarre comments with the Easter Bunny on Sunday, and now a statement about wiping out an entire civilization, Trump clearly lacks the stability to govern.

Safe staffing saves lives. Period.
Thank you, @doggett.house.gov and @schakowsky.house.gov, for a career of standing with working people and introducing the Safe Staffing Saves Lives Act to protect the health and safety of care workers and seniors in nursing homes ✊
Ever more shocking conduct by a totally unhinged president. “A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again.”
This would be a war crime. GOP must act immediately to urge restraint.
[2/2] As these legal experts draw attention to Trump’s wrongdoing, Congressional Republicans continue to enable his recklessness and the harm he is causing here at home and abroad.
[1/2] An important statement by over 100 international law experts regarding violations of international law by Trump and Hegseth.
Important to consider as Trump now threatens tomorrow to commit war crimes by bombing Iran “back to the Stone Ages.”
[2/2] After bombing Iran for weeks — killing many innocent civilians — the only “help” Trump is offering is to cut off electricity and, for many, water. Iranian civilians are trapped between a tyrannical government and an erratic, unreliable Trump.
[1/2] Trump urged Iranians to rise up against their government, pledging to punish their leaders, yet did nothing as the regime slaughtered thousands of protesters. As he launched his reckless war on Iran, he again called on Iranians to rise up.
Congratulations to NASA and the crew of Artemis II on this historic milestone for humankind!
And a special congratulations to Austinites and fellow Longhorns Emily Nelson and Judd Frieling, who are both playing a huge role in seeing humanity return to the moon after 53 years.
Great Tx Capitol rally to save Big Bend from Trump‘s wall. Nature created enough wall in Big Bend many millennia ago. While we had a bipartisan rally, no elected GOP official showed up. All of Tx Dem Congress members have joined me in appealing to the Trump regime to end any intrusion in Big Bend
As the Trump regime escalates attacks on civil liberties, including free speech and voting rights, I am pleased to earn a 100% rating from the @aclu.org.
I will keep fighting to protect the constitutional rights of every American from extremist Republicans’ attempts to drag our country backward.
[2/2] In the four years of defending itself against Russia, Ukraine has received 600 Patriot missiles from the US, while in just one month of war with Iran, the US has burned through 1800.
[1/2] Another gift from Trump to Putin! Not only has Trump’s illegal war with Iran financially benefitted Russia’s oil industry – adding more funding for the Kremlin’s well-oiled war machine –it is also diverting critical defense systems from Ukraine, like the Patriot missiles.
[2/2] As we enter week 6 of Trump's war with Iran, objectives remain unclear and lies are rampant. Questions are met with contempt from an arrogant Hegseth, who is more preoccupied with reciting "warrior slogans" than with the wellbeing of the American servicemembers he's commanding.
