A great win for our state! 👏
These bills will help protect Illinois consumers against out-of-control price hikes from insurance companies, helping them save money and have more peace of mind.

Do they care about our national security at all?
Trump is plunging us further into war, cozying up to dictators and alienating our partners.
The last thing we need is an inexperienced, partisan yes-man leading our intelligence community.
This doesn’t make America safer.
Pete Hegseth—who never ranked higher than Major—is once again ignoring Generals' recommendations and denying merit-based promotions.
For all his bluster about bringing meritocracy back to our military, this unqualified SecDef keeps doing the opposite.
An insult to our troops.
I just watched Hegseth’s speech at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore.
Let’s be clear about what the Trump Administration’s “Peace Through Strength” has looked like.
Ricardo and his mother Liliana are home! This happy news reminds us that when we come together and speak out, we can make a difference.
We must keep pushing back against Trump’s attacks on our communities.
It is incredibly distasteful to use our heroic dead for a political attack on Memorial Day. I’m a Democrat and I condemn this post by the DNC.
On Memorial Day, we remember our fallen heroes who answered the call—not for themselves, but for democracy.
In their names, it’s on each of us to live our lives in a way that honors their sacrifice.
He's not sharing his military decisions with Congress, nor his own Pentagon. This is a rogue, incompetent Commander in Chief with no plans or strategies.
Just chaos. And none of it makes America safer.
Late night is losing one of the greats!
For years, Stephen brought laughter, truth and light into our homes when we needed it most. And for that, we'll always be grateful.
Our troops deserve a Commander in Chief who does right by them.
Not one that throws them into an unjustified war with no plan and no end state—and works to hollow out the VA.

Join us live at 11:30 AM from Capitol Hill as U.S. Senators Tammy Duckworth, Ruben Gallego, Andy Kim, and Tim Kaine, alongside VoteVets Sr. Advisor Max Rose and veterans from across the country, hold a press conference calling on Congress to stop the ongoing Iran War.

BREAKING: After 80 long days, four Republicans voted with Democrats and helped advance our War Powers Resolution that would rein in Trump's illegal war.
Our troops and the American people have paid enough.
Every American should be able to pray in their house of worship free of fear. My heart goes out to the victims, their loved ones and the entire Muslim community in San Diego in the wake of this tragedy.
Hate has no place in our nation.
Taxpayer dollars should be spent on helping you. Instead, Donald Trump wants to take $1.7 billion of your money to help his political allies, election deniers and insurrectionists.
He is obsessed with using the Presidency to steal from you and enrich himself and his cronies.
It's day 80 of Trump's illegal, unnecessary war.
America is not safer, the Strait is still closed, gas prices are the highest they've been in 4 years—and there's no end in sight.
Republicans need to stop blocking our War Powers Resolutions and help us end this chaos.
No money for healthcare.
Can’t take care of daycare.
No plans to bring down gas prices.
But Republicans do think taxpayers should put $1 billion toward Trump’s golden ballroom. And shell out another $70 billion for ICE and Border Patrol.
These people are out of touch.
NEWS: @baldwin.senate.gov and I are calling on the FAA to review how reduced crew size with certain airlines is impacting evacuation standards.
In other words, you deserve to know how less flight attendants impacts your safety if disaster strikes.
We're demanding answers.
This Armed Forces Day and always, Congress owes it to them to do its job and ensure each mission is worth their sacrifice.
When the brave men and women of our Armed Forces are given a mission, they never ask, “Why me?”
They don’t ask, “But will I be safe?”
They pack their rucksacks, lace up their boots and do what’s asked of them. Time after time. Tour after tour.
