On this Small Business Saturday, I hope you join me in celebrating the shop owners, local manufacturers, family-run farms, and small businesses of every kind who are the beating heart of our economy and our communities. Proud to support them at home and in the House Committee on Small Business.
Hardworking Americans, including Alice from Peterborough, are getting crushed by sky-high costs, the GOP’s historic healthcare cuts, and corporate greed. I’m never going to quit in my mission to protect the care Granite Staters rely on and lower your costs across the board.
H.R. 1 is jacking up healthcare costs and driving our best healthcare providers out of business. This is a matter of life and death, and I will do everything in my power to lower crushing costs and protect the care that is a lifeline for hardworking Americans.
🚨 Housing costs in New Hampshire outpace family incomes by more than 5X. Outrageous. 🚨A decade ago, in 2015, the median age of a first-time American home buyer was 31 years old. Today, a decade later, the median age is 40. Not right.
