For democracy to work, the people must have the biggest say in what's driving our government. But, I’m one of the few Members of Congress who's never taken a penny from a corporate PAC. That shouldn’t be.
The Ban Corporate PACs Act is a commonsense place to start, and I’m proud to help lead it.

Hardworking Americans are paying the price for President Trump's reckless and chaotic trade wars.

Local government is core to our way of life – from Nashua to Berlin, Salem to Swanzey, Concord to Claremont, Litchfield to Lebanon to Littleton, Hudson, to Franklin to Keene, and many more.
I’m proud to be their partner in Congress.
Firefighters & first responders put their lives on the line to keep us safe. I’m working to ensure these American heroes get the best training, & the National Fire Academy plays a critical role in making that possible.
I’m proud to help lead the National Fire Academy Reporting Act to do just that.
Pete Hegseth is a disgrace.
I’ve said it from the beginning, and I’ll say it again: this man is unfit to serve in any position of public trust. He has no business being our Defense Secretary, and he should be removed immediately. www.wmur.com/article/defe...

There is nothing more important than delivering the quality care that our veterans have earned and deserve, and I was proud to help implement the PACT Act when I worked at the White House as part of the Unity Agenda for the Nation, meeting our sacred obligation to veterans.
Three years ago, America took a critical step towards living up to the obligation we owe our veterans by making the PACT Act law. This legislation supports our veterans who were exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances during their service by expanding healthcare and benefits.
This latest move against the VA workforce is a direct attack on veterans across New Hampshire and America.
From Congress to the courts, this fight is far from over.
The right to organize is core to who we are in the Live Free or Die state.
But President Trump is waging the most vicious attacks on the most basic rights of working Americans and unions and in American history.
That’s what I’m working on in Congress and as a member of the House Armed Services Committee.
Anytime we see a major acquisition of real estate by a foreign adversary or competitor near sensitive facilities—farmland, water infrastructure, or land near military installations—we must investigate that thoroughly to understand if there is a threat posed to our communities, economy, or military.
If you’re sick, you and your doctor make decisions about your care—not corporate monopolists looking to make a buck by denying you the care you need. But, under a new plan from the Trump Admin, that’s exactly what they’re trying to force on Medicare patients. That’s not right, and I’m fighting back.
Attacks on Medicaid are causing real harm to real people right here in New Hampshire. In Congress, I was a hard no on the biggest cuts to Medicaid in American history, and I am using every tool I have to protect the healthcare you and your family rely on.
The women & men of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association work tirelessly to protect & secure our airways.
I am grateful every day for the sacrifices they make to keep America moving & passengers safe. In Congress, I’m fighting to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
Fantastic visit to Plymouth, where I met with local leaders and community members to discuss how Congress can be a partner in delivering on what matters most.

NH is home to the most beautiful land in America, & outdoor recreation is core to our way of life.
Proud to help announce new federal funding for our public parks that will make a difference to communities across NH. I’ll never stop working to deliver every penny of federal funding promised to NH.
We owe a sacred obligation to the brave Americans who put their lives on the line and served our country in uniform.
In Congress, I’ll never stop fighting for our veterans.
Today is #PurpleHeartDay, and I’m carrying in my heart the brave American heroes who have given their lives to making our lives freer and safer through their service to our country in uniform. May God Bless them and may we never forget their extraordinary service to and sacrifice for us all.
Impactful conversation yesterday at Mid-State Health Center with Bi-State Primary Care and Harbor Care. I will not rest in my work for and alongside New Hampshire’s extraordinary community health centers to deliver better care to and lower costs for hardworking people. 🇺🇸
