The administration is easing sanctions on Russian oil. That means we are providing funds to the Kremlin that could be used to kill Ukrainian soldiers. Ukraine is a US ally. Russia is not.
This is excellent news. The unified vaccination schedule followed for more than 30 years is based in settled science and has saved the lives of countless children.
With recent reports of measles in Chester County, please talk with your doctor about vaccinations.

Today, as he is laid to rest, we stand together to honor the memory and service of Corporal Tim O’Connor. Last night, the Pennsylvania Delegation held a moment of silence in his honor.
Happy Women's History Month!
Growing up, I wanted to be an astronaut like my hero Sally Ride. It's why I became an engineer and why I enlisted in the Air Force. And while my dreams of going to space may have changed, I know I would not be where I am today without the trailblazing efforts of women who came before me.
There's no need to speculate – it's illegal to deploy troops to polling places.
Last month I announced over $12 million in community project funding grants for 14 projects across our district. These funds will be invested in local workforce development, community safety, health care and educational opportunities that will help Chester and Berks Counties continue to thrive.
Veteran mental health services should be a top priority for every single administration. It is unacceptable to leave this crucial area of veteran healthcare understaffed. Many veterans will suffer unless we hold the VA to account.
"Support is no longer there to provide ethical and good care for these Veterans.”
That is not what strong, fair, and legal elections look like. It’s not what democracy looks like. We can do better than the SAVE America Act, and I will keep working to make that happen.
Here’s the bottom line: I have always supported voter ID requirements at the polls. But this bill is a messy, irresponsible piece of legislation that would end up forcing some Americans to pay to vote and discourage others from voting at all.
My latest newsletter discusses the SAVE America Act: what it does and doesn't do, misconceptions, and how it may impact your ability to vote. Read it in full below or at the link in my bio.
My friends and family know that I love a bookstore – so I was beyond excited to visit the newly opened Forage Books in Kennett Square. Small businesses are the heartbeat of our local communities and I hope to be back soon. Thank you to owner Tamlyn for having me!
This unauthorized war with Iran affects our ability to respond to other threats throughout the world. Our adversaries are watching as we spend billions and deplete our resources without a strategy or end goal in sight.

May their memories be a blessing as we grateful Americans keep their families and fellow servicemembers in our thoughts.

Sgt. Benjamin N. Pennington
We may hold different views about this war, but we are united in honoring the courage, service, and sacrifice of those who gave their lives.
I am proud to cosponsor the Respect for Local Communities Act to restrict DHS from constructing, acquiring, or operating any detention centers or processing facilities without state and local approval. This is an important step in restoring local authority and keeping our community safe.
