Trump & Congressional Republicans were so giddy to kick people off health insurance that they couldn't even wait for the final numbers to come in.
The verdict? So-called "fiscal conservatives" just added $3.4 TRILLION to the deficit while stripping 10M Americans of health care.

The ratings for Trump's pathetic reality show must be poor.
It's time to cancel the show. Get all of the troops out of LA.
So many Angelenos lost everything in the LA fires simply because home insurance wasn’t available to them.
As the climate crisis causes more disasters, @schiff.senate.gov & I introduced a bill to ensure that insurance companies don’t exclude vulnerable communities from coverage.
Outraged by Trump & Republicans' Big Ugly Bill gutting health care & food assistance to create tax cuts for billionaires? You're not alone.
Join my Tele-Town Hall on Thursday at 6pm PT to learn how it impacts you & your family. We’ll be joined by former Health & Human Services Sec. Xavier Becerra.
Immigrants aren’t just our neighbors and friends — they’re the backbone of our economy.
Yet, Trump is using ICE to target our immigrant coworkers, street vendors, laborers, and business owners.
We will not be silent. Trump and ICE have no place in our city or state!
Last Friday, I was thrilled to join my South LA community at The Rehearsal—our city’s answer to Tiny Desk.
The powerful performances by rising artists were a beautiful reminder that music is a seed of hope breaking through the challenges we face together. 🎶🫂
This is what Trump and Republicans don’t want—people uniting to speak out about their government.
But they won’t stop us.
It’s been powerful hearing directly from my constituents about their concerns and how my office can better serve them.
That’s how change begins. ✊🗣️
I’m heartbroken by the loss of three brave LA County Sheriff’s deputies in a tragic incident outside of my district.
My deepest condolences to their families, colleagues, and all who are mourning this loss. May LA surround them in love at this devastating time. www.latimes.com/california/s...
What am I reading?
Oh, just Trump’s plan to Make America Unsafe Again.
There’s some wild stuff in here that threatens our national security—watch to see which programs Trump and Republicans just cut.
Reposted byCongresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove
To make permanent Elon Musk's damage to the federal government, House Republicans just passed Trump’s Make America Unsafe Again package to revoke Congressionally authorized funding for the State Dept & USAID.
🧵Here are the programs that protect Americans they voted to cut:
Republicans’ defense spending bill cuts servicemembers’ salaries & restricts women’s healthcare.
Plus, they rejected my amendments to:
❌Defund the deployment of the National Guard to LA
❌Zero out the salaries of anyone who sends classified info over Signal
I voted HELL NO.
What do Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump have in common?
The American people deserve to know. Release the Epstein Files.
Five years ago, we lost a giant: Congressman John Lewis.
With America at a crossroads, I hope my colleagues can live by his words: "It's not about who wins. It's not even about who is right. It's about what is right."
They certainly guide my work.
If the Trump Administration is serious about brokering peace in Israel and Palestine, they must help ensure that violence in the West Bank is addressed. (🧵4/4)
Prime Minister Netanyahu and his government have an obligation to uphold the rule of law. Any and all settlers involved in the murder of Musallet must be held accountable. (🧵3/4)
This tragedy comes after increasingly violent settler attacks on Palestinians in the West Bank, where five Americans have now been killed since October 2023. And it is especially painful following the deaths of Palestinians seeking humanitarian aid in Gaza over the weekend. (🧵2/4)
I'm devastated and outraged by the brutal killing of Sayfollah Musallet, a Palestinian-American U.S. citizen, while visiting his family in the West Bank. (🧵1/4)
The Trump Administration is abandoning our Afghan allies.
On Friday, Sec. Rubio eliminated the office in charge of relocating Afghans who helped the U.S. military.
These people saved American lives. Who would help our military when they see us abandoning the Afghans who helped us?
