Congressional Republicans are trying to force our country to take on nearly $3 trillion in debt so they can give tax breaks to the wealthiest Americans.
All while they’re trying to cut healthcare and food assistance for millions of Americans ⬇️

June is Men’s Mental Health Month.
From education to early detection to support, we can all play a role in making our country a healthier place for everyone, including boys and men.
Morning from our incredible public lands in southern Nevada.
Senator Mike Lee wants to sell off millions of acres of public land just like this without any meaningful local input. I’m fighting to keep public lands in public hands!
I disagree with many of Zohran Mamdani’s policies. At the same time, let’s be clear that Islamophobia is real and it endangers him and Muslims across our country. I condemn Rep. Andy Ogles hateful, Islamophobic, and anti-immigrant rhetoric toward Assemblyman Mamdani.
This Administration is crushing small businesses with tariffs while making our country unwelcome to tourists. On top of that, they are looking to give tax breaks to the richest Americans and big corporations.
Less people are coming to Vegas and why costs are rising for middle class Americans.
I had a chance to speak with students from Fertitta Middle School who traveled all the way to Washington to see our government in action.
Thank you for joining me on Capitol Hill! I’ll keep working hard for our students in southern Nevada!
Firing them in the middle of a housing crisis will only make it worse.
I’m all for making government more efficient, and at the same time, the Secretary has got it all backwards. Right now we don’t have the tech or the streamlining processes to speed up housing development, so we need these BLM employees.
WATCH: I asked Secretary Burgum how cutting 25% of the BLM staff will make it easier to build homes in southern Nevada 🏠
Today, we celebrate ten years of marriage equality on the anniversary of Obergefell v. Hodges. 🏳️🌈
Love is love. As a member of the @equality.house.gov, I will always fight against any attempts to roll back marriage equality for the LGBTQ+ community.
Congress needs to build on this bipartisan work to end this sick cycle of gun violence and save lives.
Three years ago, America’s first federal gun safety bill in decades became law.
The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act took important steps to expand mental health resources and close dangerous gun loopholes.
The Hoover Dam was officially signed into law 96 years ago.
I’m fighting to make sure it lasts another century with my Help Hoover Dam Act – a bipartisan bill unlocking existing funds to fix the Hoover Dam’s aging infrastructure, all at NO additional cost to taxpayers.

Some Republicans in Congress have been trying to change that so they can pay for billionaire tax breaks in their Big Bullshit Bill. Not on my watch. (6/6)
For decades, the law has made sure that proceeds from federal land sales in Nevada stay in Nevada to invest in our water infrastructure, schools, and parks. (5/6)
I’m glad that the Senate parliamentarian has ruled to pull it from the GOP budget bill, particularly after a bipartisan group of us came together to stop a similar effort in the House. (4/6)
What I don’t agree with is Senator Mike Lee's backroom plan, crafted without meaningful local input or bipartisan collaboration, to simply sell off millions of acres of public land across the West at breakneck speed to the highest bidder. (3/6)
But our our bipartisan Clark County lands bill would lower home prices and boost the housing supply in a targeted and thoughtful way directed by Southern Nevadans, protecting our iconic public lands and water supply. (2/6)
