Fire government workers: BAD ❌
These are people who help with our taxes, support our veterans, and are there for our communities in times of disaster. Don’t mess with our federal workers.

Cut trillions in wasteful spending on super-wealthy: GOOD✅
DOGE is focused on making sure the US can afford our services. An easy way to do that would be to get rid of tax giveaways for the super-wealthy and make them pay all of their taxes. We’d get a lot of our money back.
Privatize the United States Postal Service: BAD ❌
Privatizing the postal service would make it more expensive for you to mail things. Millions of people rely on USPS to get things like their medication at an affordable rate.
Permitting reform: GOOD✅
The current process is long and tenuous. We want to build stuff and we want people to build things in the United States. We also need more housing.
Cut investments in you: BAD ❌
They could advocate to cut major investments in Social Security, Medicare, and that would be really bad. We need government to work for people. We don’t need to cut resources they depend on.
Simplify government forms: GOOD✅
All of the forms that we have to deal with in order to interact with our government should be simplified – FAFSA and our taxes are way too complicated.
Just a note: DOGE is not a real government department.
What’s up with Elon Musk and DOGE?
10 things they might come up…some are good…some are bad 🧵👇🏻
PBMs were paid to keep opioids flowing. Our bipartisan PBM reform was in the initial budget agreement Musk & Trump killed.
We’ll reintroduce, and get it done. These companies need to be held accountable, and it will come with lower Rx costs for families.

This Congress hasn’t had many moments of huge bipartisan, bicameral wins but this is one I’ll remember for a long time.
Thank you to all of the people that called their members of Congress and helped get this over the finish line. 🙏🏻💙
For decades, Congress has been stealing from public retirees like our teachers, letter carriers, nurses, police officers, and firefighters.
Finally, they will get all of the benefits they’ve paid into and earned.
Tonight, it passed the Senate.
Now, it goes to the President. Next week it will be law, and millions of retirees will see a huge increase in their monthly incomes.
