Yesterday, the House Veterans Affairs Health Subcommittee held a legislative hearing, which included my bill, the Veteran Caregiver Re-education, Re-employment, and Retirement Act.

Today, House Republicans passed a package to cut billions from free educational resources like Sesame Street, NPR, and more.
Slashing this funding deprives our children and won’t do a thing to solve this country's challenges.
We need a Defense funding bill that invests in our national security and military readiness, yet the commander-in-chief can't even be bothered to give us a budget request.
We have to do better than this.
