Yesterday I voted YES on the War Powers Resolution which would have asserted that Congress, not the President, has the Constitutional authority to declare war. We must keep up the pressure and hold Trump accountable to end US engagement in endless foreign wars, like this reckless war in Iran.

Kristi Noem was the most corrupt, unqualified and cruel official to serve in this role, and I have been calling for her firing for months.

Americans don't want a "forever" war. Here's why I'll be voting in favor of the bipartisan War Powers Resolution:

This morning, Americans woke up to find out we are at war with Iran – an illegal war that could escalate wildly & put our service members in harm’s way. This military action has not been justified or explained to the American people, nor approved by Congress. kevinmullin.house.gov/2026/02/28/r...
Communities across the country are already feeling the impacts of climate change, and Americans deserve transparent information about corporations’ greenhouse gas emissions. I'm proud to join @schiff.senate.gov & @beyer.house.gov in introducing the SCOPE Act.

The President has zero role to play in election administration. Drafting an executive order to seize control from state & local officials is an illegal power grab that threatens free & fair elections. @housedemocrats.bsky.social

The People's REAL State of the Union: Voting rights and our democracy are under threat. Families’ health care costs are skyrocketing. Trump's inhumane approach to immigration is killing people. The economy is in turmoil. Americans are scared and fed up.

I'm boycotting the State of the Union - here's why: kevinmullin.house.gov/2026/02/24/i...
Instead, I'll be joining the People's rally with @moveon.org, @meidastouch.com & many of my colleagues on @housedemocrats.bsky.social
Inspired by and incredibly proud of the Bay Area’s own Alysa Liu for earning gold 🥇 at the Winter Olympics! Her grit, determination, and pure joy on the ice was incredible to watch. Congratulations Alysa & Team USA!

Trump’s conservative-packed SCOTUS just ruled what we all have known for months – Trump is violating the Constitution by ignoring Congressional powers with his chaotic “emergency” tariffs. The only emergency we have has been caused by Trump’s economic policies. www.washingtonpost.com/national-sec...
Happy Lunar New Year! I had a wonderful time in Millbrae over the weekend, and it’s an honor to represent a district enriched by a vibrant and diverse AAPI community.
May the Year of the Fire Horse bring good health, happiness, and prosperity! @capac.house.gov
Words matter and it is absolutely unacceptable for a member of Congress to be so bigoted as to compare Muslims, or any religious group, to dogs. I refuse to amplify this person’s name, but these types of ignorant, hateful comments have no place in America.
Trump's EPA is ignoring its mission to protect American lives and health.
I'm proud to join my @houseseec.bsky.social colleagues in opposing this dangerous rollback.
The so-called SAVE America Act is the latest attempt by Republicans to make it harder than ever to vote. This comes on the heels of Trump's dangerous calls to "nationalize elections."
I'm headed to the House floor to vote NO on this incredibly harmful voter suppression bill.
Under the guise of "investigating Medicaid fraud," the Trump Admin has given ICE agents free rein to terrorize our communities & execute Americans in broad daylight.
They're simultaneously stripping healthcare from millions, all to give tax breaks for billionaires.

📰Good news for California's 15th District: www.smdailyjournal.com/news/local/m...
Excited to share I've secured $12.75M for local community projects here in CA-15! This funding will directly benefit the lives of so many people in our community by expanding preschools, improving transportation systems, addressing public safety needs & more.

Democrats are at the ICE headquarters in D.C. demanding that Kristi Noem be fired immediately.
ICE has executed citizens on our streets and terrorized communities across the country.
I'm proud to stand with @housedemocrats.bsky.social in saying: ICE OUT of Minneapolis & Fire Kristi Noem.
ICYMI: 3,000 people tuned in to my emergency digital town hall last night to discuss ICE's horrific actions in Minneapolis and across the country.
