From DOGE to mass deportations to their Big Ugly Budget Bill, Elon Musk, Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans repeatedly show a shocking and callous disregard for the people harmed by their actions. I joined Rev. Al Sharpton on @msnbc.com’s Politics Nation to discuss this and more.
🚰 ALERT: Richmond’s boil water advisory has been lifted! Richmonders, feel free to use and consume water as normal, but flush out your faucets and clean filters, ice makers or other appliances that may have been contaminated.
Student parking and transportation costs add up fast for commuting students — and the problem is getting worse. Just in time for #529Day, I introduced the ACCESS Act with @replindasanchez.bsky.social to make higher education more attainable using the 529 savings plan, regardless of zip code.

I’m honored to have been able to call Gerry not only a colleague, but a mentor and friend. Gerry’s love for Northern Virginia and his constituents was evident in everything he did. We in the Virginia delegation will miss him dearly.
