Our fight against Trump’s reckless threat to dismantle NCAR continues, and we are building a bipartisan coalition to stop it.
I urge all Coloradans to make their voices heard during the NSF's public comment period.

Last week marked 16 years since the Supreme Court’s disastrous decision in Citizens United.
I’ve authored a proposed constitutional amendment — H.J.Res. 122 — to overturn it & over 70 of my colleagues have joined our effort.
I’ll keep fighting to get it across the finish line.

As we continue to mourn the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, we also must lift the stories of the 32 people who died in ICE custody just last year.
In December, 6 people died in ICE’s custody — the deadliest month in the history of the agency.
It is shameful, and it must end.

The best part of my job is meeting with Coloradans. It’s why I’ve held a record number of town halls & am one of only a few representatives to host open office hours with constituents.
Grateful to the many folks who attended yesterday in Longmont.
I promise to keep showing up!

For-profit prison companies are making record profits — HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS from taxpayer dollars — through the “Detention Industrial Complex” that ICE & the Trump administration has created.
Sickening. Abhorrent. Lawless.
This cannot continue.
The Senate MUST block the ICE funding bill this week. Full stop.
House Republicans’ dangerous efforts to rewrite the history of January 6th must be exposed.
🚨 🚨 TOMORROW
We're excited to host our first Mobile Office Hours of 2026 in Longmont for constituents tomorrow! Join our team to obtain assistance navigating issues with federal agencies like the IRS, VA, Social Security, and more.

I said what I said.
Last year, 32 people died in ICE custody — the most in decades.
It is unconscionable.
House Republican’s reckless funding bill must be rejected.

Tomorrow, the House Rules Committee will consider Republican’s DHS & ICE funding bill.
I’ll be voting NO.

Grateful to join thousands of Coloradans today at the Denver Marade to honor the legacy of Dr. King and recommit ourselves to the work ahead.

As we work to protect the people of Colorado on multiple fronts, it bears repeating that the Uinta Basin Railway Project will threaten our state’s water supply, wildlife & more.
That’s why @bennet.senate.gov and I are leading an effort opposing it.

This week, House Republicans tried to pass legislation to reduce overtime pay for American workers.
Fortunately, it failed.
