Trump started an illegal war with Iran → Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz → Jet fuel prices skyrocketed → Airline prices surged → International travel plummeted
Trump is coming to Wisconsin to brag about what he's done for farmers.
Nothing says "I support farmers" quite like higher diesel and fertilizer costs and taking healthcare away from rural families.
But his billionaire buddies are doing just fine.

Israeli settlements in E-1 would be a clear annexation effort, dividing the West Bank, separating Palestinian communities from one another, and severely threatening any possibility of a two-state solution.
As the world’s most powerful country, we need to use our leverage to act now!
Today, @schakowsky.house.gov & I led 85 of our colleagues in calling on Secretary Rubio to use every diplomatic tool available to stop imminent Israeli settlement construction in the E-1 area of the West Bank.
Preventing HIV doesn’t just save lives, it also saves money. Preventing just one case of HIV saves more than $500,000. Reducing the 32,000 new HIV cases in the U.S. annually would save billions! #SaveHIVFunding
In a Congress with more division than ever, it’s great to work with Rep. Langworthy in a bipartisan way to shut down Ridglan Farms and ensure that animals are not mistreated!
It’s just the right thing to do.
Prices are through the roof, yet Republicans just said "it's not bad enough for hungry kids." Ridiculous.
Happy National 🧀 Day!
I opposed this back-door effort that will enrich a few local landowners, but doesn't have local support. We should not play politics with the Apostle Islands. They are simply too valuable.
When local officials and neighboring tribes all express opposition to a proposed national park at the Apostle Islands, the federal government should listen. Unfortunately, Rep. Tiffany's bill, which has NEVER moved forward in Congress, was jammed into the Interior Appropriations bill.
BIG NEWS! A War Powers Resolution to end the war in Iran just passed the House! The American people are tired of presidents abusing their power by spending billions of our taxpayer dollars on unnecessary wars.
I urge the Senate to quickly pass this bill to end Trump’s illegal war in Iran.
Today, in the House Appropriations Committee, I introduced an amendment that would prohibit your taxpayer dollars from being spent on Trump's golden ballroom.
Unfortunately, every Republican voted against it.
I spoke with Jasmine Leli, a Starbucks barista and one of the leaders in this new labor movement, about the victories they’ve had so far and the work ahead.
Starbucks workers are fighting for a living wage. Last year, Starbucks’ CEO made more than $30 million while many baristas relied on SNAP and Medicaid to make ends meet.
@sbworkersunited.org is working to change that and has already won elections at nearly 700 locations.
You'd think "convicted January 6 insurrectionist" would be a red flag on any job application. In this administration, it gets you a security clearance in one of the most sensitive areas of the Pentagon.
It was a pleasure to meet Daisy, a beagle freed from Ridglan Farms, at my Madison town hall last week!
This is great news! Thanks to all of the many groups involved for helping rehome all these dogs. I'm thrilled that another 135 dogs will be leaving Ridglan Farms this week. I won’t rest until we know every dog is out of there and in a safe and loving home. www.jsonline.com/story/news/l...
Americans should not be forced to bankroll payouts for people who attacked our democracy or are just friends with Trump.
We can't trust that Trump won't try to bring back his $1.776 billion "Anti-Weaponization" slush fund, so we need to pass my Tax the Grift Act.
It will tax all payouts from Trump's slush fund at 100% so that all taxpayer funding goes back to the Treasury rather than into the hands of Trump allies.
This is just one example of a bigger problem. Working people are barely paid enough to survive, while CEOs continue to get paid more and more each year to the point where they don’t know what to do with that much money. (3/3)

Alignment stats consider only votes where a clear yes/no majority existed for the legislator's party. Cross-party marks divergence where the vote matched the opposite party majority. ↔ indicates cross-party divergence.
