We’re days from a shutdown, and the GOP is refusing to negotiate, canceling votes, & playing political games with American lives.
Meanwhile, the President is giving dangerous & unhinged speeches at the UN—sabotaging our global standing.
We need our leaders to stand up & protect our communities.

We refuse to stand idly by as this administration, with the stroke of a pen, takes away good-paying union jobs from workers.
We took over the House floor to call out Trump’s anti-jobs agenda and stand with workers✊

Happy Monday! It’s Climate Week in New York. This week, national, global, local, tribal, non-profit, and private sector leaders are all convening to talk about climate change, climate action, and the work to ensure a just transition.
We’re excited to be here repping our communities!
From the failure to prosecute, to the political appointment, to the lack of remorse, and to the current failure to disclose the Epstein files—screams cover-up.
We won’t stop until we uncover the truth.
When the President calls for the DOJ to target his political opponents—AND publicly—that’s a sign we’re heading for increasing authoritarian behavior.
We’re going to have to fight like hell to protect our democracy.
Amazing news! The Economic Development Administration has awarded the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center $1.5 million for its Entrepreneur Complex!
This investment will invest in a core economic engine supporting Indigenous entrepreneurs right here in the heart of NM-01!
This is not normal.
The First Amendment is under attack.
No matter what your political views, we must protect free speech—our democracy literally depends on it!
Crime. Corruption. Coverups.
This is the signature move of this Administration. You better bet we’ll be investigating. @oversightdemocrats.house.gov
This #WorkforceDevelopmentMonth and every month, I am proud to support programs like Job Corps, CNM Workforce training center, Labor Union apprenticeship and training programs, and NM State Workforce Development programs, that ensure our communities have opportunities to build their futures on!
You heard it here. Former U.S. Attorney and Trump Cabinet Secretary Alex Acosta—yes, THE Alex Acosta who gave Epstein a sweetheart deal—says that the White House has the authority to release the files.
Folks, this is a cover-up, plain as day, and we won’t stop until every survivor gets justice.
Apparently, the testimony of 40 minors was not enough to convince then U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta (later a Trump appointee) to prosecute Jeffrey Epstein.
This is one of the biggest cover-ups of our generation. @oversightdemocrats.house.gov won't stop until the truth comes to light.
The Epstein Investigation. The sweetheart deal that let him to continue to commit crimes. The U.S. Attorney who did not prosecute. And the Administration’s cover-up of the whole thing.
Not to mention a government shutdown. The budget. Crazy Oversight hearings. Our work this week on Capitol Hill! ⬇️
Let’s be real here: if we’re going to talk about crime in D.C., let’s talk about the orange collar crimes coming straight out of the White House. ⬇️
Unemployment
Inflation
Housing costs
Food costs
Healthcare shortages
… all skyrocketing, and our communities are paying the price.
This is Donald Trump’s America. This is the economy he created.
We’re here to reclaim our country and economy to ensure the working people of this country can thrive.
As Vice-Chair of the Congressional Native American Caucus—I am honored to work with Tribal leaders to protect Tribal sovereignty, funding, and rights.
We are on the frontlines working with Indigenous communities, and this is just the start. We’re not backing down!
Happy #NationalAppChallengeDay! As a STEM professional, I know how important STEM education is for America's future.

The Epstein Investigation is so much bigger than you can imagine. It is not only about justice for survivors—it is also about the institutions and systems that protected rich and powerful men they knew were abusing women and children: the banks, the government agencies, and other powerful people.
