To all of the students and young people out there feeling the weight and uncertainty of this moment – we just wanted to share this message of hope and support from ourselves and other student leaders, including Noheya Begay-Yellowhair, a student at UNM. ❤️
Unions protect all of our workers—including our federal workers.
Trump just issued an executive action trying to cancel collective bargaining rights at 18 federal agencies—impacting more than a million federal workers—nearly 1/3 of whom are veterans.
We will protect workers.
Corrales, it’s so good to be home!
To everyone who came out for our town halls—thanks for showing up! Your voices are so important in this fight!
Sandoval County, we’re in the house, and it’s full! If you didn’t make it to Placitas Community Library, there’s still time to make it to Corrales Library for our second town hall!
To all our Postal Workers and Post Offices out there: we got your back!
We know how vital the US Postal Service is to communities across America, and we are fighting to ensure the postal service is here to stay!
Corrales and Placitas: Join us this afternoon!
And a reminder, if you plan on joining us in Corrales, our town hall will be held outside. Bring your umbrellas, camping chairs, picnic blankets, etc., and let’s chat!
How many people out there believe an unelected billionaire who is only willing to discuss looting Social Security on Fox News and not under oath in front of Congress? 🤔
Anyone?
K, cool. Me neither. #HandsOffSocialSecurity #ThisIsAScam

Trump’s unprecedented, unlawful firing of Commissioners Burrows and Samuels of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission undermines the EEOC’s mission to protect American workers from discrimination and upends the Commission’s historic independence.
Last week, we joined food orgs to raise the alarm on Trump's cuts to food assistance. Now, they’re cutting *another* $500M for TEFAP.
This will hurt the people who use food banks and farmers who rely on these purchases.
Is leaving kids hungry what this Admin is all about? Or do they just not care?
Folks, this is a scam.
The GOP is helping Elon Musk and his friends loot the federal government and give themselves billions in federal contracts—and then wants to give them permanent tax breaks on the back end by cutting critical programs.
Let's call it what it is: a scam on the American people.
Raúl Grijalva was more than just a fighter for the people of AZ-07. He was a fighter for Tribal nations, environmental justice, public lands, and mitigating climate change.
He was a kind and giving mentor and his legacy will be remembered in everyone he taught. Rest in peace friend, we miss you. ❤️
Friends, an update on the Corrales town hall: we'll be outside soaking up the beautiful New Mexico spring! Bring your umbrellas, camping chairs, picnic blankets, etc., and let’s chat!
The economy is in chaos, the Defense Dept. is trying to cover up leaking war plans in a group chat, and Trump & Musk are dismantling vital programs. What is the GOP using precious Floor time on this week?
Repealing refrigerator efficiency standards.
You can’t make this up. The GOP is out of touch.
Corrales and Placitas: Join us this Friday for more town halls in your communities!
We're touring just about every inch of the district, and you're up next! We'd love to hear from you!

Pete Hegseth must resign or be fired immediately.
More than 100 years later, and worker's rights are back on the chopping block. That's why I am proud to co-sponsor the PRO Act, which ensures workers have the right to organize free from intimidation or retaliation!
What happened after were movements that sparked labor reform not just in NY but nationally, as President Roosevelt created worker protections through the New Deal, including the National Labor Relations Act.
114 years ago, a fire broke out at the 10-story Triangle Shirtwaist factory in NYC and killed 146 workers, mostly young women. They were trapped inside because the owners locked the fire escape exit doors.
Everyone deserves equal pay for equal work. Period.
But women still only make 75 cents for every dollar. That's why we must pass the Paycheck Fairness Act now.
We must continue the fight for equality for all!
Let me be clear—the claim that the Administration is not impacting Veterans is a Bold. Face. Lie.
They are firing Veterans, gutting programs, erasing history, and threatening our national security. Let’s set the record straight!
