Literally, the next line I said was that he was a “Hot A** Mess,” referencing his terrible policies. At no point did I mention or allude to his condition.

I wasn’t thinking about the governor’s condition—I was thinking about the planes, trains, and automobiles he used to transfer migrants into communities led by Black mayors, deliberately stoking tension and fear among the most vulnerable.
I am deeply saddened to hear of Congresswoman Love's passing. Despite our differences across the aisle, she was a testament to the power of Black women when we set our minds to what we believe in. I send my condolences to her family and loved ones.
So let me get this straight—Trump’s nat sec adviser added a JOURNALIST to a group chat on classified Yemen strike plans?? This isn’t a group project, it’s national security.
They screamed “Lock her up” over emails, but leaking war plans is cool now? Make it make sense.
I had a surprise young constituent in my Dallas office yesterday — precious Ms. Lilli!
Special thanks to her amazing family for their advocacy and for reminding us all on why protecting our access to quality education MATTERS!
The judge said it best, “the cruel irony is that thousands of transgender service members risk &!sacrifice their lives to ensure the very equal protection rights the military ban seeks to deny them.” We must fight for ALL our military & I mean ALL 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

Democratic Governors and AGs are on the frontlines fighting back the Trump agenda. Democrats need to clearly communicate we’re winning in the courts and have the working class’s back.

It iswith a heavy heart that I mourn the loss of my friend, Rep. Raúl M. Grijalva, a dedicated advocate for environmental resiliency. His contributions to the Democratic Caucus and positive impact will continue to inspire us. My thoughts are with his family, friends, loved ones, and his staff.
Turn on your Instagram notifications NOW-- I am going on Instagram Live shortly with some special guests to talk about the Republican government shutdown.

Nothing screams HYPOCRITE quite like Trump complaining about & gutting school loan forgiveness for grads dedicated to service & bettering our communities while he’s had HUNDREDS of MILLIONS in debt forgiven due bankruptcy 6 times.

While Trump & Musk DOGE cut the federal workforce and federal contracts leaving THOUSANDS of Americans UNEMPLOYED, Elon Musk & his family are flying for FREE on Air Force.
MUSK is a BILLIONAIRE!! Why are OUR taxes paying for this? THIS is fraud, waste, & abuse.

Women don’t wait for change, we make it. We’ve broken barriers, made history, and fought for justice every step of the way. Today, we honor the women who came before us and keep pushing for those who will come after. The fight isn’t over. Let’s get to work.
TX- 30 looks forward to receiving the Congressionally authorized funds to make the 2026 FIFA games safe and secure!

In Oversight today, my colleagues stuck to their usual script: blaming immigrants for all crime & claiming Dem mayors are too soft. Well, I was curious to know if they’ve ever had an immigrant with a criminal record that they could recall. Tune in!
Never did I imagine that we would have an opportunity to serve together as our service on the state level didn’t overlap, but I am thankful for the 2 months that we did have together in the People’s House! Rest easy, my dear friend, @repsturner.bsky.social
It is with a heavy heart that I offer condolences to the family, friends, neighbors, colleagues & constituents of TX-18! We’ve lost another political giant.
We will not normalize…
Well... the State of the DisUnion will begin, shortly. I'm gonna be in attendance 😳😏. DO NOT WATCH!
They try to silence us, hold us back, and strip away our rights, but women always fight back. This #WomensHistoryMonth, we’re doubling down, because when women lead, we all move forward.
To every woman who feels overlooked or unheard—Women’s History Month is a reminder of your strength and worth. Together, we move forward in solidarity.
