Musk’s DOGE team may have “violated a court order that prevents DOGE staffers from handling sensitive” Social Security systems.

“You can tell a lot about a country by how it treats its most vulnerable people.”
Eric from Austin has muscular dystrophy and called my office to share what Medicaid cuts could mean to him.
Here’s what he told me when I called him back:

Fire Elon Musk.
Elon Musk has run our government for 80 days.
Here's a one minute summary of what he's done:
Here's the big news that people across the country haven't heard but need to know: 50 days from today, Donald Trump must fire Elon Musk.
The law is crystal clear. A special government employee like Musk must leave the federal government after 130 days.
The clock is ticking.

This week, I led 14 Members of Congress urging Secretary Rubio to support a free, fair, & transparent election in Ecuador.
Support for democracy must remain our government’s priority as Ecuadorians prepare for their April 13 runoff election.
BY LAW, ELON MUSK MUST BE REMOVED BY MAY 30th.
Tonight, House Democrats sent Trump a clear message: the clock is ticking. The law is clear. The people are watching. Fire Elon Musk.
Democrats need a message that brings people of all backgrounds together.
That message is simple: billionaires like Donald Trump and Elon Musk think that you only work to make them richer.
They’re dead wrong, and Americans know it.
WATCH: youtu.be/TOaA0NmU4HM
Republicans in Congress want Americans to pay even more in stupid, useless fees.
Last year, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau released a great new rule forcing banks to cap overdraft fees at $5.
Americans would’ve saved billions. But House Republicans voted to reverse the rule. I voted no.
Taxpayers are spending more than $300,000 a day for Donald Trump to play golf.
While Trump and Musk try to cut the $65 a day seniors get from Social Security.
Outrageous.

The federal minimum wage hasn't been raised in 15 years.
For 15 years, rent has gone up. Groceries are more expensive. Utility bills are higher.
For 15 years, corporations got bigger. Billionaires got richer. And working Americans got screwed.
Americans deserve a raise.
The Trump Administration has admitted that they illegally sent this man to a prison in El Salvador.
They are still refusing to bring him back.
He must be returned immediately.
This is a threat to the rights of all Americans.

FEMA just cut Austin's $50 million grant for flood prevention and disaster recovery.
Trump and Musk think that money should go towards tax cuts for billionaires.
Austinites shouldn't be at risk of raw sewage flooding our communities so billionaires can buy a bigger yacht.
Donald Trump spent the weekend at a fundraiser with people who gave his Super PAC $1 million each.
Billionaire donors get tax cuts. Trump gets millions. Everyone else gets screwed.
Corruption, plain and simple.

Donald Trump put billionaires and special interests in charge of everything.
It’s a disaster.
The economy is crashing. Prices are up. Working people are getting screwed.
Trump’s reckless, across the board tariffs will cost families $3,800 per year.
That may not be a lot to Donald Trump or Elon Musk — but it's way too much for working families to pay while billionaires get tax cuts.
