REMINDER that Republicans have had full power in Washington for a month and have done nothing to lower costs for people. (1/2)

My standard for sending Americans to fight is a simple one: would I be willing to look every constituent in the eye and say they (or their kid or grandkid) should be willing to die for the cause? The answer here is NO. (2/2
I will not be voting to send Americans to occupy Gaza and kick Gazans out of their homes. Has Donald Trump learned nothing from decades of sending Americans to endless wars in the Middle East? (1/2)

There’s a lot going on right now in Washington, including some really big changes under the new administration. I want to hear your thoughts on your priorities as I fight for all of us in Western PA. Join me for a Telephone Town Hall tomorrow, Feb 6th at 6pm.
I'm going to dig into this and make sure everyone can get the benefits they've earned. More ⤵️ (2/2) deluzio.house.gov/media/press-...
I'm hearing from constituents who are having trouble scheduling in-person appts at Social Security field offices. I wrote to the Social Security Admin's Acting Director asking for clarification and for the agency to better help the 180,000 constituents I represent who count on Social Security. (1/2)
Making your voice heard is as American as apple pie and baseball. Know this: I will stand as firm as ever for our Constitution and against robber baron plundering. (2/2)
My office has been hearing from constituents, worried and angry about the Administration's attempts to freeze federal funding for our communities, attacks on career public servants, efforts to gain control over Treasury systems, and more. (1/2)
Anyone talking tough about rail safety and making our communities safer from big railroads ought to back my 'Railway Safety Act.'

When railroads break the rules, they should get more than just a slap on the wrist. We need to increase fines to force them to respect our communities. That's part of my new Railway Safety Act.
Monday marks 2yrs since Norfolk Southern's derailment in East Palestine. We need to pass this bill now.
Today, we begin the celebration of Black History Month to remember and honor the huge and lasting contributions of Black Americans to this great country of ours. Happy Black History Month!
The first Social Security check was issued 85 years ago today. It’s since become not just a lifeline for seniors, but also a symbol of our commitment to a basic idea: if you spend your life working, you should be able to retire with dignity.
I’ll fight any effort to cut Social Security.
This illegal attack on the NLRB is about gutting the cop on the block defending workers’ rights. It’s a giveaway to lousy union busters.
And it tells you exactly who the President cares about: corporate bosses.

Wishing a happy #LunarNewYear to all our neighbors celebrating the holiday today. 2025 is the year of the snake, which is associated with wisdom. Here's to a wiser and healthier new year!
My office has gotten a lot of calls about Pres. Trump's effort to freeze congressionally-approved federal funding. This $$ supports our cops, firefighters, teachers, kids, and so much more. Know this: my office is digging in and I'm gonna fight to get this funding unfrozen & delivered to Western PA.
Our kids shouldn't breathe toxic fumes on their way to school. Thanks to a $13 mil investment, 48 new electric school buses are coming to 5 school districts across #PA17, and our kids can breathe easier. Glad I could help bring home these buses. Check it out and hop on board!🚌⚡

I'm worried that President Trump’s federal hiring freeze could hurt veteran care and services here at the VA Pittsburgh. So I'm asking the VA for answers and am ready to fight hard to protect my fellow veterans and our VA.
The President pardoning criminals who assaulted Capitol Police officers on Jan. 6th—that's the opposite of law & order. Now, cop-beating felons are walking free. Shameful.
Folks in Western PA are mad about high costs. But the only plans I've heard so far from my Republican colleagues is to give more tax handouts to corporations and the ultra-rich. That kind of 'trickle down economics' doesn't work. What does? Taking on the corporate stranglehold over our economy.
