Obeying the rulings of the United States Supreme Court is a fundamental American principle.
Pete Hegseth refuses to accept it.

President Trump agreed to a ceasefire with the Houthis, a foreign terrorist organization. He said his deal would restore commercial shipping in the Red Sea.
But as I heard from military leaders, that hasn’t happened—shipping remains a no-go in the Red Sea & the American people are paying the price.
It’s an honor to bring your voices to Congress in our fight to protect your healthcare and advance mission-critical research and clinical trials to help us end Alzheimer's as we know it.
This week, I spent time with Granite Staters with Alzheimer's Impact Movement and heard about the heartbreak and challenges that thousands of patients, caregivers, and families across New Hampshire battling Alzheimer’s and dementia face every single day.
Elizabeth’s incredible piece, Through the Looking Glass, will be hung in the United States Capitol for a full year for people from across the country to enjoy. 🇺🇸
Art is an unmatched avenue of expression for students across NH—that’s what the Congressional Art Competition is all about. And in times like these, art is essential to democracy.
I welcomed our 2025 winner for NH-02, Elizabeth Chung, a junior at Nashua High School South, to our Washington office.
Our team is here to help.

🚨People across NH (including me) were targeted by scammers pretending to be the NH DMV.
If you received this text or are concerned you may have fallen victim to a scam, contact your local police and consider filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission at IdentityTheft.gov or 1-877-438-4338.
Today in @democrats-armedservices.house.gov, I questioned military leaders about the critical importance of preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
Veterans from New Hampshire and across the country deserve fighters in Congress.
That’s why I am proud to be a founding member of the Democratic Veterans Caucus, and to be just that.
The spirit of service is strong in New Hampshire, and no one proves that more than the incredible team at Holiday Cards for Our Military Challenge, led by Dr. Laura Landerman-Garber.

America is the land of the free because we are home to generations of brave veterans. We have a sacred obligation to fight for these patriots in the face of the Trump Admin’s cuts to critical services.
Veterans deserve fighters in Congress—I'm proud to help launch the Democratic Veterans Caucus.
Domestic military deployments are rare because it's the job of law enforcement officers—not our Armed Forces—to enforce laws. For good reason, in a democracy that depends on public trust. President Trump’s National Guard deployment over the objections of a Governor is a deeply concerning escalation.
I had the chance to visit Chesley Memorial Library this week and meet with the incredible people who make this pillar of the community possible.
Proud to fight for the resources our public libraries need in Congress.
Hydropower is at the heart of lowering energy costs & making NH a leader in our clean energy future. Had a productive conversation at Essex Hydro Associates with clean energy leaders—including Granite State Hydropower Association—about how we can expand access to affordable, reliable clean energy.
We owe a sacred obligation to the brave women and men who serve our country in uniform. 🇺🇸

The fact that obscure contract clauses prevent our military from repairing our own equipment is an outrage.
This week, I questioned Army & Air Force leaders about protecting the basic right to repair & cracking down on corporate abuses of power that waste taxpayer dollars & undermine our readiness.
It’s past time for Congress to do its job and check President Trump’s chaotic, unlawful, and costly trade wars. Hardworking people are paying the price for his tariffs. That’s why I’m fighting on the House Floor to restore sanity to tariff policy and lower costs.

Today, Veterans, members of Congress, and the Women in the Services Coalition stood on the Capitol steps to say what this administration refuses to:
Women serve. Women lead. Women have always fought for this country.
We won’t let Trump erase their legacy—or silence those still in uniform.
If you’re coming to Washington D.C., our team would love to meet with you! Reach out to our office here: goodlander.house.gov/contact/requ...
