Four years ago today, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, stripping away a woman’s fundamental freedom to make her own health care decisions. This anniversary is a reminder of the ongoing fight for women to be treated as full and equal citizens in our country.
President Trump is suddenly refusing to sign the largest bipartisan housing affordability bill in decades just to strong-arm Congress into making it harder for Americans to vote. Yet another example of how he puts himself before the needs of hard-working families
President Trump's post announcing that he is canceling the signing of the ROAD to Housing Act
It was great to celebrate the opening of New Boston’s new fire station and recognize the fire fighters who risk their lives to keep the community safe. I was proud to work with the NH delegation to secure funding for this station, giving them a safe home for years to come.
Grateful to join the 38th Annual Northeast POW/MIA Network Vigil in Meredith. Our country will always fight to bring our missing service members home and never fail to honor the sacrifice of those who were captured or went missing while keeping America safe, secure, and free.

This #Juneteenth I’m thinking of Ona Judge, who fled to New Hampshire 230 years ago after being enslaved at Mount Vernon. Her story embodies the Live Free or Die spirit and serves as a powerful reminder that the work of equality remains unfinished. www.wmur.com/article/mura...
The allegations against Corey Lewandowski point to an unacceptable pattern of corruption and self-dealing. American taxpayers deserve answers and accountability for his conduct at DHS. That’s why I am launching an investigation into his actions while working for DHS.
Our government needs a comprehensive effort to combat scams. Americans deserve one clear place to report scams and find help. Senator Rick Scott and I introduced legislation to create a ReportScams.Gov portal to do just that. www.nbcnews.com/tech/securit...
It was great to join Granite Staters at last week's Experience New Hampshire event at the Capitol. New Hampshire’s businesses, communities, and people are what make our state so special – and worth fighting for every day.
A new Joint Economic Committee Minority report finds that under President Trump, inflation has already cost families an additional $3,100. Working families can’t afford to “love inflation” like Trump and his billionaire buddies -- they’re too busy paying for it.
During a cost-of-living emergency for families and small businesses, Senate Republicans today — over bipartisan opposition — pushed through legislation that puts the interests of the President over the pocketbooks of the American people. My statement:

This bill expands a partisan slush fund for ICE, allows the President to continue his extravagant golden ballroom project, and paves the way for the President to roll out his $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded giveaway to January 6 insurrectionists, convicted criminals, and other political allies.

Granite Staters and Americans see the President’s failures every day on gas station signs, grocery store receipts, electric bills, and at the pharmacy counter. They’re exhausted and need relief now.
Bill Pulte has zero qualifications to serve as Director of National Intelligence. He’s abused his current post to target the President's political opponents. Our national security is too important to put someone like Pulte in charge.
Housing, child care, and health care costs are soaring under President Trump. Too many young people can't buy a home and build a future in NH. The status quo just isn't working for families, and Congress must take action to deliver relief. www.nhpr.org/nh-news/2026...
Great to visit the construction of new apartments in Manchester yesterday. As rents rise and the dream of homeownership becomes harder to reach, we need to build more housing that families can afford, and we need to do it fast.
