The violence against Sikh Americans is outrageous & unacceptable. My heart broke reading the story of this 70 year old man. I love going to Gurdwara and for Langar. We must not just condemn this assault, but also appreciate the beauty of Sikhism. abc7.com/post/sikh-co...
When Congress returns, I’m motioning to subpoena the Epstein “birthday book” and hosting a press conference joined by survivors of Epstein and Maxwell’s abuse. @lawrenceodonnell.msnbc.com, thank you for highlighting this effort and being a leading voice on this issue.
My thoughts are with the @steelworkers.bsky.social and everyone impacted by the tragedy yesterday in Clairton, PA. Thankful for the first responders who rushed in to help.
When you impose blanket tariffs, implement severe restrictions on immigration, and make huge cuts in government service, you set the stage for a recession. A Trump recession would be caused not be external shocks, but by dumb policy choices.
We need to create opportunities for all Americans to have good jobs in the AI and digital revolution. Many Jackson State students are participating and getting tech jobs. I’m proud to be leading this effort with the TechWise program across our nation. mississippitoday.org/2025/08/08/r...
Let me understand: Republicans shut down Congress because they didn't want to pass Rep. Thomas Massie & my bill for the full release of the Epstein file and so they could meet Netanyahu?
I don’t take PAC money and have no Super PAC. I answer to the people. That’s why I fight for Medicare for All. That’s why I fight for a living wage. And that is why I am fighting for the US to recognize a Palestinian state.
I stopped at Medgar Evers’ home in Mississippi. The Trump admin is trying to erase Evers' history. By dishonoring him, we're erasing Black history.
I’m tired of politicians scapegoating immigrants and treating them like political pawns. Hear these stories and try to tell me the system is working. It isn’t.
Our party hungers for moral leadership. Let us oppose military aid used to kill civilians to Israel during a mass starvation & recognize a Palestinian state. Let us stand up for the rights of immigrants. Let us not abandon trans kids. It is time to stand for human dignity.
In August 2019, when Bernie was here, over 350 turned out to see him. Tonight, about 600 people turned out to join us at our town hall in Las Vegas. The progressive movement that Bernie seeded only grows stronger.
I will not be intimidated. You don't know me or my grandfather. "Khanna...whose district has significant Israeli Americans.. could face significant backlash from the Bay Area Jewish community...Ro Khanna has disappointed many,"' warned Tali Kilma. jweekly.com/2025/08/01/r...
Someone leaked our effort to try to sabotage it. Sad. It won't work. Recognizing a Palestinian state is an idea whose time has come. The response of my colleagues has been overwhelming. We will build support and release prior to the UN convening. jewishinsider.com/2025/07/ro-k...
