Looks like the $400 million luxury plane is just the tip of the iceberg.

Apparently, #DonaldTrump is learning how to say “abject capitulation” in Mandarin.

Grateful and relieved over the release of U.S.-Israeli citizen, Edan Alexander.
While we celebrate Edan's return home, we must continue working for the safe release of ALL remaining hostages - NOW.

The reported death of Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist leader Abdul Rauf Azhar, who was involved to an important degree in Pearl’s kidnapping, is justice. It is in Pakistan’s best interest to do more to dismantle terrorist groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed. (2/2)

In 2002, Daniel Pearl, a courageous @wsj.com reporter and constituent of my district, was abducted and beheaded by terrorists in #Pakistan, simply for being an American Jew. The San Fernando Valley is proud to have a high school named in his honor. (1/2)
The whole world prays that the #India - #Pakistan ceasefire holds.

Victims of the #PalisadesFire and Eaton Fires still need help to recover from the devastation.
New acting #FEMA head David Richardson must not take steps to abolish FEMA. (2/2)
I am concerned by reports that suggest the former acting #FEMA administrator was fired for telling Congress that FEMA should not be abolished. (1/2)

At today's @ushousefsc.bsky.social, I pressed Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on #Trump’s policies that are hurting Americans.

Let us hope that the Pakistani government does not escalate this crisis and that its response is de-escalatory. (2/2)
As Secretary Rubio has urged both #India and #Pakistan, we must avoid armed conflict and escalation.
India has not provided the world with strong evidence that the terrible terrorist attack in Kashmir was the result of actions taken by the Pakistani government. (1/2)
Let’s work together to improve how government responds to all disasters, but “leave it to the states” is a recipe for a slower recovery and is not consistent with how most Americans feel their government should respond to disasters. (3/3)
Every day, #FEMA’s disaster recovery experts are helping those who lost everything in the #PalisadesFire and #EatonFire as they work to rebuild their lives, just as they do for the victims of hurricanes, floods and earthquakes all across the country. (2/3)
I defended #FEMA when President #DonaldTrump
visited the #PacificPalisades, and I’ll do so again... (1/3)

Congratulations El Camino Real Charter High School
for continuing to make history with an 11th Academic Decathlon national title — the most of any school in the nation!
The whole Valley is proud of you.

It was good to meet with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chair Paul Atkins in my office. We discussed his priorities for the #SEC, as well as a range of important topics including SEC regional offices, China risk disclosures, swing pricing, E-Delivery, BDC's, and the PCAOB.
#Trump is willing to ignore statute whenever it suits him and in this case, he is ignoring statue to benefit a Chinese company. The law explicitly prohibits any further extension.

I joined @nbcla.com where I discussed Donald Trump's chaotic and costly agenda, including the #TrumpTariffs and its impact on our economy.

When my district faced the Pacific Palisades fire that brought destruction to our communities, Israeli firefighters rushed to help put out the blaze free of charge.
My heart is with them this week as they battle devastating fires around #Jerusalem.
