Honored to join my Alabama colleagues at Redstone Arsenal for the unveiling of the U.S. Space Command headquarters sign! 🚀
This was a true bipartisan effort to bring Space Command to its rightful home in Huntsville, and I’m proud to have done my part.
Outrageous! SCOTUS just greenlit Texas’ racially discriminatory congressional map. This is a direct assault on Black and minority voters and a betrayal of our democracy. We cannot stand by while voter suppression is rubber-stamped by the highest court in the land. Congress must restore the VRA NOW.
CLARKE COUNTY: I’m excited to be hosting a joint town hall with @repscfigures.bsky.social at the Clarke County Courthouse on Monday!
We look forward to hearing from you and sharing the latest on our work in Congress!
See you there! 👋🏾
We in @newdems.bsky.social just released our Health Care Action Plan to lower costs, expand access to care, and prevent millions from losing coverage.
As Americans struggle to afford health care, @newdems.bsky.social are taking action. We just released a common sense plan that would lower costs, reverse the cuts, protect rural hospitals, and ensure every American—regardless of their zip code—gets the care they need.
Enjoyed meeting with Southern Research and hearing about the amazing biotech research they are pioneering in Alabama!
Great meeting with Alabama Secretary of Workforce Greg Reed about how we can support our workers and prepare Alabamians for the jobs of tomorrow!
I stopped by Cahaba Medical Care in Wilcox County to see the great work they do for the Black Belt.
I will continue to be a strong advocate for our community health centers in Washington!
We're bringing our Congress in Your Community Tour to Wilcox County next Monday! Join us for a conversation about the impact of cuts to health care, education, food assistance, and other vital federal programs.
Hope to see you there! 👋🏾
Joined Sheriff Pettway for a turkey giveaway in Jefferson County on Friday. Blessed to be a blessing to others this holiday season! 🦃
My statement on the Senate spending bill.
No heath care, no vote!
🚨 REMINDER: The deadline to apply for a military service academy nomination is fast approaching! Visit my website to download your application and be sure to return it to my Birmingham office by Friday, November 21.

Honoring our veterans at the annual Tuscaloosa Veterans Day Ceremony! 🇺🇸
To the more than 300,000 veterans in Alabama, we say THANK YOU! We owe you a sincere debt of gratitude that we can never fully repay. Our veterans deserve our endless appreciation and support—not just on Veterans Day, but 365 days a year! 🇺🇸
My thoughts on the Senate’s latest budget proposal.
Visited Temporary Emergency Services here in Tuscaloosa! They offer food, clothing, and other services to those in need!
Food giveaway at St. Paul Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa! Thanks to our amazing community partners for keeping families fed!
I spoke with one of my constituents whose employees are seeing their health insurance premiums SKYROCKET!
Trump and Republicans created this mess. They need to work with us to fix it!
