Today, I will vote NO. ❌
Not. A. Single. Penny. More to DHS to continue to commit violence in our communities. It must stop.
Today we honor the anniversary of the 15th Amendment—which declared that the vote could not be denied or abridged on the basis of race, color, or servitude. The work continues to ensure that every person has access to the ballot box and that our country fulfills its promise of democracy.
The American people deserve the truth. The survivors deserve justice. And, no amount of gaslighting and lies in the Epstein case will stop us from getting to both.
The dam is breaking, and we won’t stop until every file is released and everyone is held to account.
This is the Deputy Attorney General of the United States saying “it is not a crime to party with Epstein” in response to a question about prosecuting men who “had relations” with minors. Sir, yes it is a crime. And, prosecuting these crimes is your job.
As we mark World Wetlands Day, I’m thinking about how critical wetlands are to our communities here in New Mexico. These ecosystems protect our water, support wildlife, and help us adapt to a changing climate. We must continue working to protect them for generations to come!

As we head back to DC today, New Mexico is hearing a critical bill in the NM State Senate today to protect immigrant rights. Here’s what HB9 is all about. Many thanks to the NM Immigrant Law Center for all of your advocacy and work on this important bill!

We’re coming to you from the New Mexico State Capitol today, where we’re advocating for some really important initiatives in NM. And, we’re here with updates on federal funding, the Epstein files, Congress, and everything else going on. ⬇️
Todd Blanche said that there are no names in the Epstein files. He’s lying.
1. We have already seen names of co-conspirators, & the survivors told us they gave sworn statements to police and the FBI that are in the files.
2. Trump told MTG his friends would get hurt if the full files were released.
Arresting journalists.
Raiding election offices.
Invading American cities.
Committing violence against our own people.
The worst of what we feared is here. It’s time for any of my colleagues sitting on the sidelines to do something and stand up.
Things DOJ & the FBI did this week:
-Threatened continued violence in MN if voting files not handed over
-Raided a GA election office for voting files
-Lost a suit in OR trying to access voter files
Things they did not do:
-RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES.
