If Donald Trump is willing to lie about this…what else is he lying about?
From the Epstein cover-up to SCOTUS’s decision yesterday—there is corruption all around.
We’re two weeks out from a government shutdown, and Trump has seemingly spent more time calling Members of Congress to threaten against the disclosure of the Epstein files than trying to pass a budget.
Every worker deserves fair wages, health care, and the security of a good retirement.
That’s why I’m proud to stand in solidarity with the workers on strike at Creamland. When we say every worker deserves respect, we mean every worker. Plus, these guys make our green chile dip! ✊
I definitely did not have it on my bingo card that Members of Congress would be shielding pedophiles from accountability…
🚨Oversight Alert 🚨 Documents from the Epstein Estate have just dropped. Here’s what you need to know. We’ll leave no stone unturned. ⬇️
WHATS UP WITH THE ECONOMY ⬇️ Unemployment has risen to its highest level since the height of the pandemic to 4.3%.
And, this is the first negative month since Dec 2020. Is this what Trump meant when he said the U.S. will be “flooded with jobs?” 🤔
New Mexico, I hope you all have had a great time at the State Fair so far! What’s your favorite fair food? Comment down below.
And in case you didn’t know, New Mexico is on the map this year at the Smithsonian for our State Fair! Let's go, NM! 🤠

Some good news and some bad news: the economy is slumping, but NM is fighting back. A special session, a budget showdown, the Big Ugly Bill, the Epstein investigation, and justice for survivors—your week in review. ⬇️

Donald Trump is doing everything he can to cover up the Epstein files. @repstansbury.bsky.social and Oversight Dems will never stop fighting for justice for the survivors of Epstein’s sex trafficking ring.
No matter who you are, if you harmed women and girls, we will hold you accountable.
It’s simple, really. If the White House wants transparency, then they should have NO PROBLEM releasing the full, unredacted files. Shouldn’t they?
As a gov shutdown looms, the GOP is in the House engaging in more politics of the absurd and helping to cover up the Epstein files for a WH that is threatening Members if they sign on to a discharge petition.
To my colleagues across the aisle—do what is right. The petition is there at the desk.
Today, we met and heard the stories of the victims of Jeffrey Epstein. What they revealed is not only the trauma of hundreds of young women, but a cover-up of epic proportions involving the wealthy, the well-connected, and even our own government.
We will follow every thread until there is justice.
The rule of law matters. The separation of powers matters. The Constitution matters. We are a nation of laws, and no one is above the law ⬇️
As we gear up to head back to DC, I want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you who showed up during the August District Work Period.
Every word, every idea, and every story is one I will take back with me to our nation’s capital. Thank you, New Mexico! Happy Labor Day! ❤️
#throwback: Five years ago, we organized a statewide hunger program to feed New Mexicans.
Five years later, this food network continues.
But the fight isn’t over. As the Administration is slashing food programs, we must stay strong—because we will take care of our people.
Today, we’re closing out our series on NM and how we’re investing in the future of our state. We helped pass the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, CHIPS and Science Act, Inflation Reduction Act, and PACT Act.
We are building an economy where New Mexicans not only have opportunity, but thrive!
Big news for Carrizozo! The Federal Aviation Administration has awarded $333,000 to the community to upgrade its airport and install a precision path indicator system!
Airports are hubs for trade, travel, and connectivity, and I’m grateful for these upgrades!
To everyone out there who has sent letters and words of encouragement to my office—THANK YOU!
It is the greatest honor of my life to represent our communities in Congress. I’m in this fight for our communities and a brighter future for this country, and I won’t stop until we get there. ❤️
