Around midnight last night Senate Republicans dropped a NEW version of their Reconciliation bill with MORE cuts to Medicaid and many provisions that violate the rules and gut vital programs for Americans.
Their plan? Jam it through in the coming days regardless of what the American people think.
The hateful, xenophobic, and anti-Muslim attacks on Zohran Mamdani and our Muslim colleagues cannot go unanswered and must stop.

Last night, news broke that the current Senate language won’t fly in reconciliation. But, this fight is not over yet!
They are likely to try again and the Trump Admin just announced it will open 58 million acres of our national forests to logging and development.
Big news for our public lands—Republican attempts to sell off our public lands using reconciliation do NOT pass the Byrd Rule.
The Parliamentarian also finds their sneaky attempts to undermine NEPA and mandatory oil and gas leasing and permitting schemes don’t fly. This is a huge win!
