On #DayOfNoSilence, I stand with the LGBTQ+ community to help protect their rights.
LGBTQ+ students deserve to go to school free from hate, but Trump signed a flurry of EOs threatening their safety and attempting to erase them from history.
To all the LGBTQ+ students: you are not alone. 🏳️⚧️ 🏳️🌈
Social Security lost 7,000 employees over the last two months under Trump and Musk.
They are planning to fire thousands more and shut down offices across the country.
Our elders and people living with disabilities deserve dignity and respect. Not this.
We must keep fighting to stop these cuts!
There is absolutely NO situation in which Donald Trump will serve a third term as President of *these* United States, full stop.
Don’t get distracted. This Administration and the GOP are undermining the Constitution and Rule of Law. We must continue to raise our voices!
NM is home to more than 30,000 federal employees. The lawless firings of federal workers by Trump have affected families across the state and could cripple federal agencies.
I co-led a letter with the NM Delegation demanding answers on who has been impacted and how we'll get things back on track.
Let’s talk about the economy and what’s going on.
Because we know these tariffs and job losses are going to make things worse.
So, we’ve got to keep showing up and doing the work. ⬇️
Welcome to Trump’s America 🇺🇸
Americans demand to know why Elon Musk & DOGE are hacking our private data and what they’re doing with it.
I introduced an Oversight resolution that will investigate Musk’s unsanctioned access to data and his use of AI to mine American data and its implications for privacy and national security.
Oh, so you mean it’s not about waste, fraud, and abuse?
But about political retribution, hurting real Americans.
Got it. ⬇️
Trump’s “Liberation Day” Tariffs are designed to liberate Americans from their hard-earned cash and will:
- Make groceries more expensive
- Crash markets and retirements
- And make it harder to build and make things in America.
How do we know? Anyone…anyone?
Because, we know.
The chaos must end.
We met with Trump’s Secretary of Education to talk about their “restructuring” of education—as students, teachers, and parents are afraid of what comes next.
What’s their plan? They don’t seem to have one.
Sec. McMahon came out just in time to hear us say it again. We must protect our kids!
Deeply moved and inspired to watch Sen. Booker on the Floor this evening as he called on the moral conscience of America and on the power of the people to move this country forward.
We are proud and grateful for your clarion call, Senator! Bravo! 🙌 #GoodTrouble #NecessaryTrouble
Welp, we tried to run bipartisan legislation so that Members with newborns could vote remotely, and rather than allow the legislation—the Speaker SHUT THE HOUSE DOWN and canceled votes for the rest of the week.
This is what’s happening in the House right now. ⬇️
This is what abuse of power looks like.
- Trump’s Health Secretary is trying to fire 10,000 healthcare workers.
- Elon is trying to buy an election in WI.
- The House GOP is trying to undermine the voting rights of millions and the judicial branch.
My colleagues must stand up to this madness.
Go, Cory, go! Nearly 18 hours in and @booker.senate.gov is holding the Senate Floor to highlight the harms this Administration and Elon Musk are having on the American people.
You are an American Hero, Senator! And we are right here with you! 💪
Friends—we’re back at it in DC, defending the Constitution and American voting rights.
Because, this week the GOP is using their majority to try to undermine the judiciary, make it harder for millions to vote, and repeal basic consumer protections.
You can’t make it up. We are here to fight back!
We must protect our public lands!
We just reintroduced America’s Red Rock Wilderness Act with 41 of our colleagues, which would protect more than eight million acres of precious and sacred lands, especially important to our Tribes and Pueblos.
We must protect these lands for generations to come.
Today, on Transgender Day of Visibility, we want to double down on our commitment to supporting the Trans community in New Mexico and across the country.
You are seen, you are heard, you are valued, you are loved, but most importantly, you belong. 🏳️⚧️❤️
Today we honor the life and legacy of Cesar Chavez, a giant who fought for civil rights and dignity for farm workers, Latinos, and Americans.
As our workers face unprecedented attacks and as our histories are being erased—honoring and celebrating these struggles is so important.
Sí, se puede!
What an amazing couple of weeks it’s been touring the district and hearing from all of you!
Thank you to everyone who’s shown up and shared your stories, hopes, and dreams for NM.
We’re rolling right into April. Keep an eye out for more town halls and opportunities to chat with me and my team. ❤️

Alignment stats consider only votes where a clear yes/no majority existed for the legislator's party. Cross-party marks divergence where the vote matched the opposite party majority. ↔ indicates cross-party divergence.
