Political violence has no place in this country.
My thoughts and prayers are with Charlie Kirk and his loved ones.
I was proud to visit the Rancho Cucamonga Fire District All-Risk Training Center, where I spoke with some of our community’s brave firefighters and joined them in training exercises to learn more about the work they do to protect the Inland Empire.

While the cost of living continues to soar and working families struggle to make ends meet, Trump and House Republicans’ One Big Ugly Law is raising costs and plunging our country into a health care crisis.
House Democrats will keep fighting back to bring down costs and make life more affordable.
Today’s jobs report shows how Donald Trump and Republicans’ reckless economic policies are hurting working Americans by raising costs and costing our economy tens of thousands of jobs.
I’ll keep fighting to create good-paying jobs and make life more affordable for families in the Inland Empire.
Last week, I joined firefighters at the Rancho Cucamonga Fire District Training Center to learn more about the work they do every day and how they put their lives on the line to keep our community safe.
I’ll keep fighting to support our first responders and ensure they have the resources they need.
I signed the discharge petition to force a vote and release the Epstein files.
Donald Trump and House Republicans cannot keep covering for Jeffrey Epstein and his associates. The American people deserve the truth and the survivors of Epstein deserve justice.
NEWS: My amendment to allow Dreamers to work in the federal government just passed through committee with bipartisan support!
I'm proud to have led this effort because Dreamers love our country and want to make it a better place through public service.

For 90 years, Social Security has ensured that seniors who worked hard all their lives could retire with economic security and dignity.
I will keep fighting back against Trump and Republicans' attacks on Social Security and protect these hard-earned benefits for seniors in the Inland Empire.

Trump and Republicans’ Big Ugly Law is a slap in the face to the American people.
Medi-Cal is a lifeline for many of our friends and neighbors here in the Inland Empire. Trump and Republicans’ Big, Ugly Law cuts funding for people struggling with addiction need and deserve.
Addiction doesn’t care if you’re a Democrat or a Republican. It's claiming the lives of far too many of our friends and neighbors. Cuts to Medi-Cal made by Trump’s One Big Ugly Law are going to put the lives of patients at addiction treatment centers like VARP Gibson House in San Bernardino at risk.
Last night, I was proud to host a Virtual Town Hall with my constituents where I talked about Medicaid cuts, the ongoing ICE raids and what I’m doing to fight for the Inland Empire in Congress.
Thank you to everyone who joined me last night! Please stay tuned for upcoming events from my office.
Republicans passed massive tax breaks for billionaires that explode the deficit by $4 trillion.
These are the same rich and well-connected elites that Republicans are protecting by keeping the Epstein files under lock and key after campaigning to release them.
I’m hosting a Virtual Town Hall on Monday, July 14th at 6 PM PT, and I hope you’ll join me. Visit aguilar.house.gov/RSVP to RSVP and receive the Zoom link!
Happy Fourth of July!
I hope you and your loved ones have a safe and fun holiday as we celebrate our nation’s independence.
Republicans’ Big Ugly Bill will force thousands of our neighbors in the Inland Empire off their health insurance and it will get harder for people to put food on the table.
Proud to stand w/ @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social as he shared a local story on the House floor this morning.
On the same day @housedemocrats.bsky.social marked three years since Roe v Wade was overturned, the Supreme Court took another step to curtail reproductive freedom by restricting funding for women’s health care.

My statement on Donald Trump’s unilateral military action in Iran.
We should be working to make health care stronger and more affordable so that working families can get the care they need. Instead, Republicans in Congress are cutting funding for emergency rooms to pay for tax cuts for billionaires and wealthy corporations.
On June 19, 1865, news of the Emancipation Proclamation reached the last enslaved people in Galveston, Texas.
On Juneteenth, we celebrate the progress we have made as a country and recognize the work that lies ahead in our ongoing quest for justice, equality and freedom for all.
